That is not Mike, Bill Belzer covered the skins for the late 1992 tour and was replaced by Ken Coomer to begin 1993.

Are you kidding me. Where did you find this? My all time favorite Uncle Tupelo song. They hardly ever played this live. A band I use to play in (Slobberbone) would cover this.
