When the Spanish Empire was at it's height, there were only thousands of Spaniards among millions of indigenous people classified as Mexican's. México no pretende recuperar ningun territorio! Los territorios Mexicanos anexados a los EE.UU en 1848 -cambiaron de administracion simplemente! El gobierno cambio, la moneda, el idioma en las escuelas,.. etc

No creo que Mexico pretenda recuperar ningun territorio. De hecho es mejor que Alta California, Texas o Nuevo Mexico sean parte de USA ( el pais mas poderoso del mundo y alaido de Mexico), ya que los mexicanos alli ganan en dolares.

Sin embargo, los inmigrantes indocumentados carecen de derechos civiles, asi como muchas comunidades indigenas en Latinoamerica, y es alli donde radica la escencia de Revolucion Latino-Xicana.

Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales" - Was a Mexican American political activist, leader and revolutionary during the 60's; "Chicano Power- Civil Rights Movement"

One of the most important roles played by Gonzales, was as an organizer of the first Annual Chicano Youth Liberation Conference in March 1969.

That conference produced a document:

"EL PLAN ESPIRITUAL DE AZTLAN" - which developed the concept of Cultural and Ethnic Nationalism, and self-determination in the struggle for Chicano liberation.
