  • I just found this video in research to use PC. Thank you so much for putting my condition & Progesterone use in "laymans" terms. This is my 1st cycle using PC during post Ovulation. This video really made me understand so much more.

  • so if i just pick a day like say Jan. 1st.. i would pretend i "get a period" (cause i don't) without nasty drugs like ::provera:: and count to begin using the cream on Jan. 12th & then count 26 days after the 12th to stop taking it?

  • i started spotting during my suppression cycle. do i stop using NPC? or do i continue use until my original end date?

  • @realms89 sometimes spotting will happen during a suppression cycle. When this happens one would continue the suppression cycle until the original end date.

  • Hi Hethir, my name is Amanda and I have a question regarding when to use the progesterone cream, I plan on using the cream to "restart" my period....I havent not had a period "own my own" in almost 5 years (after getting off DEPO) and was diagnosed with PCOS almost three years ago...anyways you said to use on day 12-26 my question is how many days are we talking total??? I guess Im trying to say at what point do I start at 1 again? Thanks, Amanda

  • @KandiSweeti911 A "normal" cycle is around 28 days. So you would not use progesterone cream from day 1-11 and start taking it on day 12 - 26. This should allow the period to start. If it does not start the first cycle, then count to 28 and then start at day 1, beginning the cream on day 12 again.

You may also want to look into the Fertility Cleanse on our website as that has helped many women who are not getting their periods and have used birth control for long periods of time.

  • is it normal to have some bleeding the first month you use progesterone cream?

    ( like break thru bleeding)

  • @kaykar06 It can be normal to have some signs of hormonal balancing occurring, spotting being one of them. Sometime symptoms of estrogen dominance also show up (like spotting) since the receptor sites are "waking up". This is thought to be a sign that it is working and the progesterone is needed.

  • will this work for people who have a constant period and want to regulate it? I bleed for 6-8 MONTHS at a time, without a break. We desperately want a child, but first and foremost I need to control the bleeding. I've never found anything else that controls it, BC used to help but that defeats the purpose.

  • @faylinameir If you know the cause of bleeding then you can use the progesterone for this. If you do not know what the bleeding is from, visit your doctor to see if you can find out. We have worked with some clients who did this and it worked great. They basically did a suppression cycle for 2-3 months and then went to normal use. I have some videos explaining this.

  • Dr. John Lee suggested the same amount during 12-26 day application

  • Same dosage for the days 12-26 treatment?

  • THANK YOU!!! For this info it really does help, Im going to try the progesteronce cream. I'm like on CD 260 and I took provera last month but no AF, I think I'm one of those women that have the saviour PCOS....

  • @mrsdelgado100 Glad it was helpful :)
