I saw on tv that there going to make the screens to be a colored picture (like in a book) now, instead of an xray image so it won't be intrusive. The picture would show a yellow dot in the spot the scanner detects something on the body. That should make everyone happy, if they really do that.

In regards to the full body scans, I believe it’s fair to say that flying is a privilege, therefore if you don’t want to be groped as people are calling it or have your body scanned, then you have the choice to either drive, take a bus, or a boat to your destination. Safety should be our priority.

@mlcmuk ya i'm aware of all that. I mostly wrote that for the people that were just complaining. I saw on tv that there going to make the screens to be a colored picture (like in a book) now, instead of an xray image so it won't be intrusive. The picture would show a yellow dot in the spot the scanner detects something on the body. That should make everyone happy, if they really do that.

In regards to the full body scans, I believe it’s fair to say that flying is a privilege, therefore if you don’t want to be groped as people are calling it or have your body scanned, then you have the choice to either drive, take a bus, or a boat to your destination. Safety should be our priority.

With the numberous amount of security leaks and TSA workers abusing their power at these, every pic can be considered porn. This "security scan" results in nude images of everyone that goes through it, while a Person views it. This includes people from the age of 3-17. Don't care if it can be saved or not.
If the government was serious about scanning people, they would use the termal ones, that are more efficient, but don't show body parts. The ones that look like the Predator vision!
