Ahh..God is so worthy!! But the director needs to cool it down just a bit. And a director is not always needed because in my choir for most of our songs, we don't have someone to direct us but we still get our songs right while making that joyful noise.

@cylinder4ify actually yea,every choir needs a director..even if it look like he not directing,he is..of course the choir already knows the song,but its the director's job to let the choir kno when to break,when to repeat,when to go to vamp,when the song ends,when to clap,which direction to move,and when to end the song..so imagine if no director was up there,when would they kno when to stop singing?

also the more enthusiastic the director is,the more the choir will be..

Ok not to seem negative this is only meant as CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. The Director seems to be all over the place, musically speaking he's difficult to follow, and it seems that if he concentrated more on actually conducting instead of dancing it would be better. I'm not saying that he shouldn't praise God, there are times you have to let go and let God, but it seemed more of a show then anything else.
