I was starting back on WW on a plan that I went on a LONG time ago, this seems a little easier, and I was confused about the fact that my starting points were 29!!! thought that was too much, but I see I am way off! Thanks! PLEASE CONTINUE TO MAKE VIDEOS!! I find it helpful to come check on youtube when I feel like eating something bad!! Good luck!
just bought the wasa multigrain crackers from Walmart. Im liking em already plus the laughing cow cheese. I like queso fresco chipotle and garlic herb, mmm. Oh and the cinnamon streusel snacks. Oh they are delish. Im glad you posted this video.
You should compare your protein to this I've been using. shakethew8off.bodybyvi.com I still add bananas and Greek yogurt, but it taste like cake mix. thanks for all the info.
I am waiting on WW to get more points plus calculators in..so is it my understanding that the calcuator will help determine the plus points of items that aren't necessarily weight watchers items.? Just wondering...
@benyealiscute, the Points Plus calculator uses Protein, Carbs, Fat and Fiber to calculate points. I use eTools so I am able to look it up online and through my iPhone.....Hope you have yours by now.....pay attention to the packaging of WW items to make sure they are the Points Plus and not regular points. Some stores haven't stocked the new items yet. I got burned when I bought some Smart Ones on sale; one particular item was the 'old' points and I had to recalculate it after I got home.

ohh I love the smoothies I usually add flax seeds and fish oil, and those wasa crackers with the laughing cow cheese is so tasty it curves my chips cravings.
have you used the weight watcher smoothie with the fruit and did you add the protein powder to it as well ? thanks fro sharing took notes ..
