The sound at the Roseland is and will always be shit. Before the remodel the sound had a metal/punk charm to it, but after the remodel the sound stayed the same. The HIM concert was awful compared to the Crystal Ballroom show 2 years before. The opening bands were weak and too many of them. The fans came to see HIM not 1 sum 41 sound alike, 1/2 of Evanescence, and some fluff band from L.A. with a curly devil lock. Please guys, if you come back to P-town bring less opening bands.
@monstergimp The roseland went downhill over a decade ago. The sound is horrid. I did see the Ramones there in 94 or 95. That was, and is. The only great show I ever saw at Roseland. This was the worst and most boring show I ever saw HIM play. I don't know what was going on with them that night. But it was really boring. And its to bad. I have seen them rock the shit out of some of their shows before their love metal album. And yeah. To many opening bands.
Hahahaahaha ville said fuck off buddy to my friend. Yeah no kidding my bud said " fuck the book" then ville said what he did. When that book hit the stage, the lady threw it like a frag grenade! I laughed so hard the way she threw it.
@blessingselah That show was weird! I remember the book thing. Was kinda irritated he sat down and read from it for 10 minutes mumbling. The fuck you was funny. That girl showing her tits was pretty funny too.I heard they got booed off the stage during their encore. Is that true? I bailed out before their encore. I wasn't impressed with their playing this time around. Plus the sound guy at the Roseland sucked! The sound was awful.
@ashtraytv The book thing was funny to ville im sure. But it was weird to everyone there. I think they were having an off night. Maybe just burnt out, bored and needing sleep. Who knows. I've seen em play really great. This was not a shining example of that. Though the show did have its moments.

Uh? Got them in a bad day maybe? I saw them live last month and they were top form! Don't judge them by one damn show!
