  • You should start saying its yo boy when you introduce yourself

  • Yo Ed, that was a good tutorial! I will try to incorporate these into my training.

What was distracting you to your left early in the vid?

  • Dude that was clean man, nice job!

  • Are you catching a train or something? Do those damn exercises slower or you are going to end up like me, with injured joints.

  • How do you train your legs?

  • PECTORIALS!

  • this exercise is amazing!!!

  • This is super hard man. How do you get the leverage or strength to do that? Just practice. I feel like this will really help me get a muscle up. I find this type of dip harder than a ring dip!

  • The concentration of this movement lies in the wrist. If your wrist/forearm strength is weak/fatigued and wrist flexibility is poor. You will have some difficulties attempting the russians dips. Tried to do this after 100 dips/100 pullups..BAddd idea LOL. Next attempt next weekend.

  • Never knew these as "Russian Dips", always refered to them as "throw back dips"

  • Never seen is move before, will have to try this one day. Do you think its only possible to do this move on parallel bars?

  • @maiL1984 No It been done on counter tops edge and also chairs.

  • Good vid bro. I use t these a few years ago I didn't know they were called Russian Dips. Any cool vid, keep them coming. Greet job guys.

  • yes thanks for your tutorials, I also really liked the banger tutorial, it was very good for biceps. when I started doing them, I actually banged my head on the bar :0

  • Tough exercise....good work!!!

  • Nice bro, good instructions keep them coming!

  • ....russian dips............?

  • @LittleBeastM lmfao!!!!

  • @LittleBeastM LMAO!!

  • @LittleBeastM That's not a ghost! That's MILKY!

  • man! you are amazing. i did 5 reps of this movement, and i`m 54 years old.

  • @bishopaz Thank you! Amazing, your an inspiration yourself

  • Isnt this hard on your elbows???

  • Nice! Thanks for the tip!

  • Great explanation!

  • how come your not talking about the elbow flexibility needed to even achieve one elbow dip? you can injure yourself if you go straight in and just try and go all the way down.

  • @TheVindicatedOne Ok first of all there is no elbow flexibility needed at all for this move, if there was I would have mentioned it. Its a simple lean back motion which every human in the world is capable of doing. And you can injure yourself that why there is appropriate way of doing it which is explained in the video. A full dip then at the very bottom of the dip you slowly extend. In time you go further and faster, but only after you master the movement.

  • @OfficialBarstarzz why not show the progression from getting from the bottom of the dip to getting your elbow to touch the bar and how if you do it quickly or even if you go all the way down on your first go you can injure yourself? not everyone has naturally loose forearms which can cause big elbow injuries if the run into this movement

  • @TheVindicatedOne I never ever seen someone get a "Big injury" from this move in my life. Worst to worst is a little bruise on your triceps or redding of your elbow. Everyone can lean back, you can put your forearms on a arm rest right? And I did touch the subject at least twice on not doing it quickly

  • @OfficialBarstarzz check your inbox

  • @TheVindicatedOne why the hell would you need flexibility to bend your arm at a 90 degree angle...?

  • @chaaaaaaad1 can you do one?

  • @TheVindicatedOne to be honest ive never tried one, i dont have any parallel bars. but if you can bend your elbow at a 90 degree angle (which im pretty sure everyone can do..), then you should be able to do these as long as you have the strength. flexibility should not be a problem.

  • @chaaaaaaad1 i hear where your coming from, i thought the same way until i tried it, its not easy, you should try it on some chairs or something and you will understand

  • @TheVindicatedOne hmmm. i feel a little strain on my elbows but that could also be because i didnt warm up my elbow joint. then again you could be right, i guess you might have to practice those a bit to get your elbows used to them and flexible enough

  • @chaaaaaaad1 you guessed right my friend

  • @TheVindicatedOne you win this round.
