There is nothing about this video that is child abuse! To the people who don't understand STFU! You can't imagine the kind of love this child will have for his natural surroundings when he gets older, all because he learned to surf at an early age. This will instill in him a love of nature and the environment, a love of the ocean and all the creatures that live in or around it. Great job parents!

It's a good thing he's on a nerf surfboard or another good slam like :27 could break a nose. I'd hate to think a parent would just let their kid slam their nose on a surfboard. A little older and he might actually be able to protect himself when falling.
