  • @WMPowerUser So you're saying that in your test RADAR theoretically will play the music for 200h? Sorry but this is bullshit. Your measurements and calculations are bullshit. You do not even know anything about discharge characteristics of the battery or observational error. Sorry for my bad English.

  • @AMatOR3 I'm not saying these numbers are accurate, they simply confirm my real world tests where the Radar lasted longer than the Lumia. Fact is, Radar lasts longer.

  • @WMPowerUser I know that Radar have longer battery life then lumia. I'm just saying your "real world tests" are not REAL WORLD tests. Your calculations based on only a two-hour test are lame. Why Don't You completely discharge battery in tests? For example GSMarena did a similar video playback test of HTC Radar (screen brightness set to 50% and all radios switched off ) and they received a score of only 5:44h. The difference between 10h and 6h is huge!

  • @AMatOR3 and i'm talking about all of your tests on this channel. Not only this particular (radar vs. lumia) test.

  • I have this phone I bought one two days ago and I'm very dissapointed about Nokia Lumia 710. This phone performs horrible and the battery is not good at all. I have to charge it everyday.

  • @TheRobercik115 Nearly all smartphones require a nightly charge. But yeah I agree the battery isn't as good as the HTC Radar.

  • My 710 perform horrible on battery life... stay by only wit wifi on, drop t 38% for 8 hrs doing nothing.

  • The battery comparison info on the tablet-pc is a little hard to read, not because of the handwriting or resolution but the white/bright background really stresses your eyes when trying to read it.

  • Is there any Windows Phone that has a camera with the ability to change the exposure of the shot?

I know that I can change the "Metering Mode" so that I have some control over the exposure, but on all my old Sony Ericsson non-smart phones I had the ability to finy-tune the value of the camera's exposure, and I really miss that feature :(

  • I love what the guy says about the battery life "the performance is worse... I don't know why that is..." and then adds "our tests are not really scientific".

Well, there's your answer! You have performed some dubious calculations on APPROXIMATE (read WRONG) battery indications. How can you expect the result to tell you anything?

if you want a real test, just charge both phones and have them play music until both are dead. Only then you will get anything to get you opinion on.

  • It's NOK-IA not NOO-KIYA !! O_o

  • @AhmedGubara In the United States, many pronounce it with stress on the last syllable. Even Nokia's CEO pronounces it like I do. It may not be officially correct, but it's commonly pronounced like this

  • @AhmedGubara Your channel says that you're from Sudan, I'm right above you in Egypt and we also say it NOK-IA :)

When I heard the way Nokia's CEO pronounced it, I guessed that we might be the only people who pronounce it that way :D

  • @il1c1irf0oixi that's too bad, millions of people buy Nokia

  • Nokia is shit so is Microsoft

    I never buy Nokia

  • I went to go check out the Nokia Lumia 710. I personally dont like the chunky and round design. I would take the Radar 4G over this.

  • guess lumia has 1.4 Ghz and radar has 1 Ghz....therefore the better battery performance.

  • @modestmouse117 Yeah I'm thinking that accounted for the difference.
