Funny... (not) as I type this Former SCOTUS Justice David Souter is on C-Span discussing 'constitution day', & concepts like 'originalists' & being sensitive to language. Subtle meaning is... terms in law are defined period and the definitions of those words are provided/substantiated by legal dictionaries of the TIME the laws are written. So, zoom 2 the Souter courtroom & they can completely 'redefine' the terms from what they meant then 2 something souterble lol now (my opinions/observation).

They are required by law to provide 'public access' via their charters but you have to become a director or find one in the group there who'll put your stuff on the correct medium, add the legal taglines and air the thing on t.v.
