  • Sick!!!

  • that i some of the sickest custom paint i've ever seen from an amateur video; great look and texture; truly something to be proud of!

  • where did you get the stickers that say m&p 15-22 or is that paint.

  • @straightupbuck its painted on there with a crayon.

  • I like it, it inspired me to paint mine ! Check it out! Let me know what you think!

  • wow nice job

  • did you get the red at evike.com ? what do you think about?

  • @bensta6133 No its from airsoftmegastore, and its been ok but I found it a bit cumbersome so I swapped it out for a smaller red dot sight.

  • On the grip you should have done a light base-coat, then did a dark coat over it and then wet-sanded it down to leave the dark in only the low-lying areas (in the grooves in the grip.) would have looked much better.

  • you could just but it with the magpul furnature

  • Does the grip feel weird? Like after you painted it, was the texture a lot different?

  • @kirkham96gaming no not at all, the texturing looks different, but it feels the exact same way before it was painted. Of course if you go crazy with too many paint layers you will change the texture.

  • sic ass gun!! good work!!

  • pretty dang good!

  • That work great, if I want to make it permanent ill use masking tape and a clear sealer. ;)

  • Great job! How do you paint the lettering? Masking tape and Xacto knife? Kind of paint?

  • @Moonfood78 just used a crayon, pick any color fill it in and wipe off the excess with a rag.

  • AWSOME, AMAZING... way too cool!! I was just wondering how you were able to tape off the barrel? The hand rail came out great, but was hoping you could give me some pointers on how you didnt get any over-spray on the barrel inside of the hand rail?

  • @rperry3m Well theres two ways you can remove the barrel but you need a special tool, the way I did it was to remove the end cap and just placed old paper towel cardboard tubes over the barrel. Hope that helps!

  • @eponce66 ahhhhh so easy!! thanks for the tip!!

  • Im jealous

  • Nice music... had to id it using Shazam... turns out it was Crystal Method's High Roller

  • fantastic. gorgeous

  • Really cool. Good job man!

  • Pretty Cool looking.

  • is it possible to paint the exterior of the upper and lower reciever without damaging any of the componets?

  • ehhh

  • great video! nice work!

  • I'm not much for painting my firearms but you did one hell of a good job! Loved the music as well. Put a link on my f/b page so my friends can enjoy your talent as well.

  • what type of optic is that on there?

  • @hackysack117 not sure its just an air soft red dot i got online

  • @eponce66 does it work well and hold zero? also, how much did it cost?

  • @navy4life5 Yeah it held up fine, it holds the zero just fine, there isnt enough movement to knock it off. I have changed the sight since this im running a small bushnell trs-25 now.

  • @hackysack117 that is an acog scope not sure if it is a knock off or not but they run a little pricey

  • @lTangoDownl yup its a knock off, not very practical spending twice what the gun is worth on a sight in my opinion lol.

  • yea but how long will the paint last untill it starts chiping off you just ruind a good gun.

  • @FASTPISTOLDRAW Well its not going to see combat or anything lol, its been holding up just fine just a bit of wear on the pistol grip. When it chips it just shows the original finish so whenever it is that it all comes off it will look just like every other 15-22.

  • I wish you could do this to my magpul version, ...I mean YOU I'm too lazy

  • Holy crap! Love the netting idea looks effing sick!

  • Bad ass

  • amazing! S&W should take note; sales would probably double..very gifted to take this on and come out looking so good!

  • howd you get the stock completely off?

  • @12deathbysunrise Pull it to the the furthermost position then pull the pin/screw out with some pliers or something and you should be able to pull it out.

  • fuckin sick

  • how did you get the paint in the lettering and logos?

  • @SVTterminator59 Just grab a crayon and color it in, wipe off the excess and thats all there is to it, look up a video called tacticrayola or something like that it shows you how to do it.

  • WOW... Seriously the nicest paint job I have ever seen! Im curious how your paint is holding up? I would be so afraid to scratch it...

  • @PKM9x19 Its holding up fine a bit worn around the grip but thats to be expected. Its no big deal if it scratches i think... makes it look worn and kinda cool. You can always paint it again lol.

  • after you rub the crayon over the lettering use a heat gun to gently warm the wax and it will flow into the cracks and stay put very well. nice gun!

  • WOW one of the best 15-22's Ive seen yet!!! Im Jealous..... How did you paint the all the small letters so damn well???.....

  • @DaNicestKicks494 just grab a crayon and fill it in, wipe off the excess and there ya go!

  • dude thats badass

  • that just gave me a boner

  • what brand scope is that?

  • Wow! The net idea made it perfect! Great job!

  • You get 5 stars from me. Awesome Job.

I am a little scared to do something like that and the paint start falling, that's why I chose to purchase all the parts OD. It is not ARTfully as yours but that's ok.

    Thank you for the Video.

  • Awesome job. Looks killer, no pun intended :-)

  • Heres hopeing the next conflict America gets involved in isn't in the Desert, every other 15-22 on the S&W forum is in desert tan. Does look excellent though. If I had the time, money and skill I'd love to do mine in a grey digital camo.

  • WOW! when i clicked the video, i am thinking oh ya, another m&p 15-22 vid no big deal, then i heard crystal method and i got excited, then i found out you were painting, i got more excited, then i saw what colors, and i got really excited, then you did the netting and i crapped my pants. amazing job, i thought i had thought of many things to do to my 15-22 but this takes the cake, i hope your vid becomes featured. great job.

  • Very impressive! Love the effect from the netting.

  • Comment removed

  • @iMoses221 Just use a white crayon and with a cloth wipe off the excess. search for mhayd990 profile and look for a video called "tacticrayola" i think

  • freakin awesome job! One of the best i've seen

  • @mhayd990 Thank you, i actually got the idea to color in the lettering from your TactiCrayola video, so thanks for that!!! great idea.

  • This is a good looking gun. I wonder how's paint holds up so far. Personally, I'd paint the lower too. :)

  • @VicPhoenix Its holding up better than i thought but its not a permanent thing unlike the duracoat stuff. I was a bit scared to strip it down the lower, but it gives it a nice contrast, i think.
