@giobanimo Well I myself use the youtube downloader, but since you said you don't have the internet I can't help ya......only advice I can offer is get the internet then get the downloader then download these videos like I'm doing :/

This is really good as it shows the transitions unlike some. even tho there's a language barrier it was really easy to follow the movements as they are clean. nice work

Don't understand russian but I can follow the movements. Too bad it's not available in Oshkosh Wi. Capoeira is my life. I've liked it ever since I first watched "Only the Strong". I was 24 at that time.

Thank you,this is good because unfortunately capoeira isnt available in small towns.I've studied it for over 7yrs. but have little roda experience.But capoeira is in my soul, it is me.

i'm not good at making subtitles. and it also means to re-upload the video. and there is nothing special in what he says. repeat each exercise for 10 times. you should look in front of you, but not at your hands, etc, it looks funny but it's very useful, if it's hard then do each part of an exercise separately (the last one), you should always see yourself in a mirror (if there is one in front of you), etc.
