I just love games about samurai,and this would be a dream come true i played and finished the 2nd game of the yakuza series,not a very big fan yet this would be something i would love to buy and can deffs see myself getting involved in,pity that theres no english version,i reckon it would sell very well in Austrialia,yet as someone already pointed out the child sex slave thing would cause a lot of issues,yet to me it just gives more depth to the story.Thanks by the way for the subs great work.

From this cut-scene I can definitely see why Sega of America refused to bring Kenzan over to the states.

Child sex slavery = public/parental outcry = pushing for legislation to curb content in video games = mature rated games become almost nonexistent.

Thoughts?

@choice2099 Considering how hard it was to bring the 3rd one to the states (because the sales of the 2 first ones were shit here), chances are of that kind of outrage happening are low because the game will probably be available on a limited run and those who'll buy it will be hardcore fans of the series. Heck if shitty Genji made it here, why not that? I still want Kenzan and I think it might be better than Yakuza 3. Oh well, we'll still have Yakuza 4 in March :)

@lepolohuevo How was Yakuza 3 BTW? I heard that there was a lot of material cut out of the original, so if that's the case then I'm waiting until next year for Yakuza 4.

@choice2099 it was great, story is not as good as the 2 first ones but still decent. The gameplay is excellent but you can feel the missing content like the hostess bars, a dozen missions, the japanese history quiz and a few other things. Y4 will feature the hostess bars though, the only missing thing should be the history quiz. But go for Yakuza 3, you are really missing out. (You can buy it a bit cheaper on amazon)

@hhb4life It's a great game even if you don't know Japanese. If you do decide to import it you should definitely use ThePatrick's guide (you can find it on GameFAQ.com), which is a complete walkthrough for the game in English.
