I'm sure he did not intentionally swallow the bag. Additionally for him to be that scared you don't know all the factors that made him think to hide the bag in his mouth. Lastly, although I don't know him personally his family and friends are on this website and out of respect for them and him just don't comment. If you were placed in a similiar situation lost your life or a family member of yours lost their life then I'm quite sure you'd see a different perspective.

i agree even though ive never smoked weed in my life, that this young guys death is because of the unjustifiable laws we have, but its not the cops fault, their job is to carry out the laws that the politicians WE elect make, and the cops did try to help the dude as soon as they realized he had problem breathing when he signaled for help, so lets not get carried away ITS THE LAWS THAT ARE MESSED UP NOT ALWAYS THE COPS WHO HAVE TO ENFORCE THEM,(NOT DEFENDING THE COPS HERE)
