At 0:26 water level in the bottom had sunk to where the sound started, because air could now enter the funnel tube and rush quickly up to top. And turned off heat at 2:26, about 2 minutes brewing time. I use only 1 minute for less strong coffee in my Cona.

Best grind is as fine as possible until its too fine that a few grains will drop down below into the coffee. Regular drip grind out of a can is about right,I grind my own slightly coarser to eliminate every single particle falling through.
