  • To be an entrepreneur is to be the captain of your own ship.

First, you create the crew. You unite diverse talents together towards a shared vision and mission. You keep the best and improve the rest.

Second, you innovate with the setting of the sail. This open-minded design process sets the strategic direction of the company.

Third, you create legacy with the blowing of the wind. You use tactical detail and systematic process to push the ship forward.

    Always make time to celebrate!

  • We began to die the day we were born. We become humans the day we accept that inevitable fate. And we become gods the moment we dare to create the legends and legacies that we will leave behind.

An entrepreneur is someone who dreams with open eyes. He sees how the world could be and should be, and he risks his life to make that vision real.

His business is the expression of his values and meanings. His company is the way he shares his world with everyone else.

  • Illogical accomplishments.

It is illogical to be generous. It is illogical to share discoveries. However, this illogical reasoning blossoms into an amazing multitude of vibrant experiences that take root in the hearts human beings. Take a piece of history for yourself and call it your own. Take a skill and do it to the extreme. Whether it is coloring a picture or going to the moon, people will remember the drive, dedication, and motivation you used to make a difference in another person's life.

  • Think big.

    Think different.

    Think long term.

    Think revolutionary.

    Think out of the box.

Obsess yourself (eat, drink, sleep about your idea).

Energize your long term friend to be your co-founder.

Surround yourself with a team that doesn't think like you.

Take baby steps towards your goal.

  • Persistence. Persistence.. Persistence...

  • While financial reward is nice, as an aspiring entrepreneur, first and foremost seek out risk-taking opportunities where you can learn. Allow employees to take on projects for which they have no qualifications. Innovate where established giants are afraid to. Finally, be careful to whom you listen. If experts/advisors can only see ahead, no matter how far, the revolution won't happen.

Keep this chinese proverb in mind: "It is better to light a candle than to complain about the darkness."

  • Failures are like stumbling blocks. When you recognize them as your friend you turn them into building blocks.

  • REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLE, RENEW!

  • Entrepreneurship 101:

    Think it.

    Do it.

  • Entrepreneurship is an obsession taken to the next level. Let the obsession begin...

  • Question everything. Answering the question "why?" to yourself, and others you influence, is brilliance. Instilling a collective sense that we are all destined for greatness, is immortality.

  • Create your secret sauce, hide the recipe, market the sauce, and sell.

  • Dream as if your company will live forever, work as if it might die today.

  • ...believe in yourself, do what you think is right and things will take care of themselves.

  • My advice to entrepreneurs is: Believe that you can change the world! Be very passionate about your ideas!!

  • My advice to entrepreneurs is: Surround yourself with the best (A-level) people around you; dedicate yourself to listening to them, energizing them and leading them thoughtfully through each stage of the company. And have fun.
