  • hey my friend, what u have to do is just count your calories. U need to reduce 500 calories from ur total calories intake, and u will lose weigth !!! simple as that.

    and remenber, everything whole wheat, veggies, fruits and cero but cero sugar !!! :)

    I had to stop eating grains completely. All of them are my trigger foods plus they make me puffy as hell.

  • It is ridicoulous. I joined cakes in a water fast wish me luck. I will look into the grains after I get off. OH and you should make a vid on your size 2 missy!!!
