Fraps. Direct feed, but the way Fraps works is it forces the FPS of the game to what ever setting you choose to record in. i record at 30FPS so when i record the game will force 30fps (CPU demanding as hell). if things gett laggy i just record a source demo, replay it, fraps THAT.

Set game to play at windowed mode + 720p. record in full res.

I dont quite remember exactly just search up "source recorder"

I think u type in "record (name of ur movie)"

do my stuff... when im done type into console

"stop"

then i can watch the replays when ever i want with "playdemo (movie's name)"

works kinda like any ordinary replay system.
