Its called SHATTER and if you dont know how to apply it your an idiot!! Put a THIN layer over a color polish, If you put the SHATTER on and hold it under a light it will SHATTER/CRACK faster..and it looks nicer! OPI SHATTER polish kinda sucks in the first place.

oh my gosh your video made me cringe. first of all, its called SHATTER not splatter. second, youre wasting the nail polish. you only need to put on one coat. if you want it to have more cracks then apply a thin layer. but if you want the cracks to be thicker and more distant from each other, then apply a thick layer. but do it only ONCE. no more than that. This video was soooo shitty. there goes 4:54 minutes of my life.

Dude, you only put one coat. In this video you went over shit that had already started cracking more than once. And really, if you don't know the basics of painting nails you're either fucking retarded or like 4 years old. The only difference between putting on nail polish and putting on shatter is, oh fuck, it crackles when it dries. Thanks for another pointless video.

OPI shatter sucks, the more you use it, the more clumpy it becomes. Mine got so clumpy that the lid dried so tight to the bottle, when i tried to open it, the freaking bottle broke, made a mess, then cut my finger.
