@fatmonkeyu if you use a basic lever it will be controlled by the amount of pressure you use to pull on the wire. Look at my "how to"

ok fire is not the problem here i have blown up butane canisters the pressurized butane is the problem. that is the real danger here if that goes up your arm is gone not to mention the shrapnel it makes i mean even if it has less in it than a refillable lighter the explosion is so energetic it is almost unbelievable but hey i would do it its fun if it doesn't explode on you

Hey dude, whats the risk of running twin mounted butane cannisters inside a steel casing?

also.. is overheating an issue?

how long can you keep it lit for?

will any parts melt?

does flame travel back to the line at all?

is there an issue with the flame touching your hand?

would it be safer to mount and build it on the other side of the wrist?

There is no more risk then running one butane cannister and I was thinking of casing them in a steel box as well.

-overheating is not an issue, actually overcooling is an issue, the pressure of the butane often cools the fuel line to the point of being frosty.

-You can keep it lit for as long as the fuel lasts, about (a minute or two with the valve fully open

-I have never had the flame travel back, most butane cannisters have a safety valve anyway.

-it depends on were you put the nozzle.

Hm, a little harsh. No a smart thing to do I agree. The amount of fuel is minimal and I the flames did not even lick the wall. Stupid maybe but jackass seems a bit harsh if you ask me. My safety is my own concern.

It looks like the fire is stronger/bigger with your pyro, but its not as controled as evere's.
