I think most parents of twins will agree that there is a different dynamics at play here. I intervene when necessary.
My twins are now 19 months old and in fact, Thing 2 (the one that is crying on this video) now always looks to me for help when her sister takes things away from her, instead of trying to get it back herself.
I love that you call your twins, Thing 1 and Thing 2. A sense of humor is such a necessary part of being a parent. I'm working on grandchildren now and the Cat in the Hat is sill a winner. Bless you and your adorable girls.
