I found another glitch, this one is beneficcial. If you steal the van graff combat armor before ou finish the related quest, it isn't removed from your inventory when you start the DLC, which means you have a good set of medium armor from the start of the dlc.

I dunno if you realize this yet, but if you simply cripple a Ghost Enemy (Seeker, Hunter, ETC) they die. Using the Bear trap fist instead of the spears is much more efficient, and quicker.
