For some reason, they think it is not charity but only Medical Field personnel and their assistance in "all areas of life" and they would say goodbye to the bad. So feel free had said the fbi...apparently this is the bad in Erie County. Now I'm off to do my insurance form for health and I guess that's what is expected.
Last time I went & this form had been erroneously put into computer & thus kicked it out in error, so I'll have to do it..the bldg shut down due to electrical problem. ??
This is a very clear recording. It's horrifying to imagine witnessing these events the way like you did. I don't even know how I would have reacted. I would have probably been speechless.
