@merkinallday52 not bad, work on "pressing" on the bag for 3 5 minute rounds on the bag,, beating it non-stop,or until you can't lift your arms any more, then eventually you'll build up cardio where you can throw punches non stop for 3, 10 minute rounds with 16 oz gloves.
