Fact 2:
Eugene had a history of violence and threatning behaviour both against his family and son as well as his neighbours.
Fact 3:
During the arrest Eugene fractured 2 ribs of a police officer before the police used were forced to maintain their own security as well as the security of the citizens
Error in "fact" in video:
If Eugene had a seizure which made his legs shake, he could not have talked/shouted "they're killing me", something which is a medical impossibility
