  • Hi, how is the engine working right now? Still functional? I plan on getting one soon and I'm curious about how long they last. Thanks

  • these gas bike kits are great see mine at my channel MrMsrtube I'll even take it for a ride once you go gas you never have to bust your ass & 150 mpg & 40 mph bought my kit for $140.00 on sale

  • In the beginning it almost sounded like a 4stroke

  • Dose it idle? Mine is always going forward... Only way for it to stop is to kill the engine

  • @headshot8000 This kit, which I see a lot of resellers for, has a clutch handle, so you can disengage the clutch to idle, same as a manual in a car.

  • How do you make one of these?

  • @TheChocolateChiken just look up gas engine kit for bicycle on google... order one.. get a bike ... and install .. htey are really easy to put on just gotta attach and connect

  • @bigdawg363 ok! thanks :)

  • i rather prefer a bike like this which i can build rather than a motor bike which is bought ...........dnno though abt others ....but gives a sense of accomplishment somewhere....... to me

  • it must be ghetto

  • too bad we dont get these in the states

  • no 80cc 39cc !

  • Where can I get that done or I will pay you

  • my fram is too big for the engine to fit on properly. has anyone ever had this problem and have succefully found an alternate way of mounting the motor? i really dont want to get a new bike

  • @qwerqwertrertrewqw you can make a mount for the frame tubes or you can drill two holes in the frame for the mounts like i did with my occ bicycle

  • @qwerqwertrertrewqw you can make brackets for the engine and bolt or weld them on or just get a smaller frame

  • @qwerqwertrertrewqw Check the kit powerkingshop sells on ebay. I think they mention that they come with oversized frame mounts. You can always contact them with your frame size to see what they say. They're very good for getting feedback on your application.

  • those bikes are for lazy people

  • Its the future by going back to the passed!

  • Its the future!

  • What no burnout ?, no 1/8, 1/4 mile runs ? Nice bike mate :P

  • @bananaphonehome sorry i didnt know about that i got a 66cc

  • Nice bike !

  • there is no such thing as a 80cc the biggest is a 66cc

  • @mrdanielrocks123 68.5cc actually with a slant head but, who's counting...

  • were did u buy the engine at? and how much was it

  • lol the awesome thing is you dont have to use your energy and you can use it on the road or the bike line with out paying insurance xD smart

  • that is cool!!

  • Where's the wheelies?

  • That is sick :)

  • Then turn the screw that is coming out of the carb one way will make it faster and the other way will make it slower

  • @thebigmann25 hahahaha doesnt make it faster or slower mate, the screw basically aids the throttle cable to either open up or close down, changing the air intake into the engine, changing the rev limits, but because its not a geared bike it wont affect speed

  • @DubKrisssy but it will make the idle faster

  • @thebigmann25 the idle, yeah, not the speed

  • @DubKrisssy dude ur wrong it controls the fuel flow. but it doesnt make it any faster.

  • @wolverado Thats exactly what I said above! the mixture between air and petrol has to be right...

  • @DubKrisssy you said it changes the air intake, has nothing to do with the throttle cable.

  • I just got mine running. It still idles way too fast...

  • the best way to get the most speed out of these engine kits is to get a light bike such as a aluminum frame racer or hard-tail trail, add thinner tires, K&N air induction filter, race performance 2 stroke, power muffler, NGK spark plug, boost bottle and upgraded sprockets as-well as automatic power-bands. (36 to 48 mph)

  • @ZEDROGANA the true size of these engines is 66cc's, and yes you are right. i took a triathlon bike. a scott waimea and mounted one of these to it. got according to gps 54.9mph

  • where did you get the kit...link?.......tats class mate........how fast you talking.

  • The idea of 50 Kph out of that thing with only normal bike brakes is a frightening & laundry soiling concept.

  • @NJPurling my engine is an 88cc 2stroke with motorbike muffler big bore kit, boost bottle, smaller sprocket and a nos kit.

when it hits about 120kph and i have to stop with stock brakes it is scary as shit

  • @completely6125random where did u get your from???

  • @BallerSkier many different parts from different places.

and a few mates that owed me a favour

  • @NJPurling its not easy. disc brakes recommended

  • were did you buy the engine kit?

  • My guess is that it could go way to fast for those breaks..

  • pretty good can you use it on the road without Police picking you up

  • those engine are only acctually 66cc i beleive

  • it probably sounds like a 4 stroke becouse it doesnt really have an exhaust

  • @dpsabk if no exhaust then it can become damaged with no back pressure... i think...

  • @pcblah I think it has an exhaust but only a small one so you will hear most of the noise

  • @dpsabk or baffles removed :P

  • How reliable is it? could i trust it for a daily commute ?

  • What kind of gas mileage do you get? Do you have to mix the gasoline with oil before putting it in the tank?

  • @SaviourSole

Its about 150MPG and you do have to mix oil before putting it into the tank since its a two stroke. My experience is about 150mpg with the engine I have.

  • i have one of them! theyr awesome fun but i cant start the bloody thing right now. it sparks, i cleaned the carb, has fuel grrr its so annoying. but to anyone thats wanting one get it!!! theyr so fun, just be prepared to get alot of attention lol

  • @porkypinekiwi where did you get yours...wanna buy one live in the countryside and would be so good

  • @deColganator you can get them cheap on ebay with all the accories

  • do a weelie

  • what kinda bike is that

but i like it and where did you get the engine from

  • Ahh, So Einstein has reïncarnated in your body.

  • Is this bought through ebay ?

  • so awesome!!

  • is this legal in AZ?

  • how loud is this? could you hear it coming down the block?

  • lol. 2stroke engine but 4stroke exhaust :D Fail. Build a 2stroke engine and it will run way better. A good 80cc moped would drive arround 120kph with 20+ PS

  • Build me one! lol

  • How much?

  • why not just buy a moped?

  • @LolzMan7756 cause this you can buy for the price range of 130-350 $ (last time i checked) and a moped is in the thousands..... not to mention its a really cool project!

  • Fucking retarded that its illegal in CA but we can vote to legalize WEED!?!?

    IT'S A FUCKING BIKE! UGH

  • way better than a car that eat fuel like crazy and you don't need lol

  • im thinking of doing this to my spare bike I never wear a helmet but I think it would be a good idea

  • Criticalzen should read the law before opening his big mouth some states alow up to 130cc bikes like this you just need the lights and to regester it.

  • I bet its a major pain in the A** to fix a rear flat tire.

  • @kdc43 :P Yeah but really its just 2 chains to remove instead of one and most of these engines you can loosten the chain like on mine. :) But yeah harder to change but then again just don't hit any debree!

  • @kdc43 not sure if anyones replied to you. but its not hard at all. you just have to unhook and extra chain from the sprocket

  • @crackheedkillah dude, u know what i mean...

  • What dollar amount to do this and where this kit is available. please also rate it for reliability and actual performance as far as able to climb hills and what is a good MPH it can go. Fuel economy too. thx

  • Haha fuck everybody saying this things illegal, its one thing and one thing only!! Amazing, and full on respect to the lad who made it cuz its people like him who are keeping the engineering world alive! Fair play buddy!!

  • Hi. I'm having a really hardtime getting the motor's rear sprocket PERFECTLY symetrical. It seems to hve a slight deviation. I've tried taking it off and starting from scratch, but, as I said, I can't seem to get it perfect.

Is a little deflection in the sprocket acceptable or does it HAVE TO BE 100% TRUE???

    THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!

  • its a 66cc engine, not a 80cc

  • where can i find a motor like yours

  • this sounds more like a four stroke

  • @stma31 but you're wrong :D

  • @stma31 what r u smokin?

  • @hellbillyjay doesn't sound like a four stroke to me either bud, i think those 12 people need to get their ears check out.

  • @Troupe426 Where does it say 4 stroke I see it as saying "80cc two stroke engine fitted" so

  • @stma31 well that shows how little you know about the diferences. a 2 stroke doesn't have to sound high pitched just listen to the burbling ffs and how it souds off the power.

  • shut up and ride the stupid bike!

  • heard of a dirt bike?

  • one of these would never be allowed in california because of emmisions, so

what part of a hummer burning a GALLON to go 12 miles is better that this?

  • I think 80cc's are actually 66cc.

  • @Unikimcorn 80cc = 74cc

  • @TheDutchProfessional more like 66cc

  • How can I get q bike like that

  • i went to dmv it they said it is considered a moped, or may be not it looks like a bike the other guy said on the dmv, funny they dont even know what to tell, they just told me to as the police on the block, the police said as long as you pedal for sometime not just ride it as a moped lol so when i see a black and white pedal a couple of time and you are good, I am in San Jose California anyway they said im good to go love it. im selling my other car now hehe

  • i got the same engine!

  • @CTFxCnate is it good? im considering buying one, but i don't entirely trust it.

  • @CTFxCnate is it good? im considering buying one, but i don't entirely trust it.

  • I've got one very much like this.

  • The best part of a bike is that it doesn't need fuel. That 'tunning' is retarded, buy a motorcicle if you don't want to get tired pedaling.

  • @pablobenigno yea, not on a budget of $200 or less. i have ALWAYS wanted a dirtbike, but i just cant afford one, so this is the next best thing

  • I have done some reasearch and found that it is legal because it is considered a motor assisted bike but here in texas there are laws you have to follow like you cant be on a street with a speed limit greater than 35 mph and your supposed to only have 40 cc's and below but cops cant tell

  • wow great! it's practical and convenient;)

  • its a peddle n pop

  • thats not more than 50cc

  • @zwedanez it is, have you ever heard a 50cc?

It really sounds like a 80 if you ask me.

  • This is like a Scouter on Dope = illegal on road, but I don't know off. Off road = Awesome

  • @G05Box It's legal in USA because it still has pedals.

  • @MrSafetymeeting really? AWESOME !

  • cool bike im going to order one!!!

one question please let me know is that a 24 or a 26 in please message me!!!

  • is this road legal in uk? ? ?

  • My only question, Is this now considered a Motorcycle, where you must have the license to ride it?

  • im getting one this summer

  • i live in uk and im 16 is it legal for me to own one? cheers

  • i live in W.A and theyre illegal too but the cops of my neighbourhood are awesome and actually bought 1 themselves cuz they thought it was so cool. then my headmaster got pissed and called the cops and they told him that he was an old faggot and too fuck off lol

  • @balls2yourface lol i bet they didnt really say fuck off

  • @mailmanbam That's what I thought!

  • what kind of clutch does it have? any links?

  • wouldn't you rather get a motorbike!

  • 80 ???

  • NOT Illegal in ALL states. its under the MIN # of CC's and does not even need insurance. You may need to register it in some states but... no insurance is required in some states.. Just a PLATE.. or TAG if you live in the south.. I wonder if it will run on E85???

  • Cool!! I got one of this kits and it arrived today... unfortunatly, I got it from a Chinese provider and the installation intructions are pretty loose. I can see myself having a hard time installing it. You don't happen to have a web site or something with detailed instruction do you?

  • Where can I get more info on this bike?

  • very cool- really like this

  • q pija ese mosquito de mierda

  • this is soo damn kool :)

  • cazzata

  • you should put a cr 80 engine on it and go 90

  • cr80r* haha the race version that i had xD then you could go 130 xD

  • its a pedal assist! u don't need anything!

  • can i put this on a bmx bike?

  • thats nice :D

  • Hi, is the motor still going and how much use has it had?

  • Comment removed

  • pretty sweet those kits are. i put a weed wacker engine on my old bmx, but its direct drive, no clutch.

if you play around with different sprocket sizes on the pto, you could get better acceleration, or better top end if you want.

  • lol funny

  • nice job buddy

  • Sburo!

  • Way cool but illegal in the US. Everybody is so worried about fuel, and a bike like this can go an impressive distance on one gallon of gas. For a quick run to the market or the post office, this would be a better choice. All these stupid laws here. If a person wants to take their chances on a bike like this, it should be allowed. I had a motorized scooter. It did really well on gas and that, but it was not as stable as a mountain bike. I think I will do this conversion to my bike.

  • It's not illegal, you just have to get the proper license.

  • Do you mean a motorcycle licence? I ride motorcycles, but I've never got a licence for that. It never was an issue. For this motor, it would have to reach the standard speed limit. Then it would have to have a licence plate, spark arrester, turn signals, headlight, brake light, running lights and a helmet would be necessary. In other words... no fun.

  • I don't know where you live, but here in Arkansas you could get a motorized bicycle license. A slightly bigger engine causes you to need a motor-driven cycle license. Over 250 cc and you need a motorcycle license. With the motorized bicycle license, a kid only has to be 10 years old and the engine can be no larger than 50 cc. The bike in the vid would be legal.

  • I live in California where it's illeagle to walk my dog in the woods. I actually got a ticket for that. In the middle of nowhere a ranger appeared with an attitude. -

I almost wish I lived there.

  • Yeah, I'm glad I live here. There's a lot of ev-California folks who have moved here. Around our house we refer to California as "the land of fruits and nuts" and often follow that with "why would anybody want to live there?".

  • I was born here, raised in the mountains, where there is more of a country attitude. Unfortunately that attitude does not fit in with all of the laws. I can hardly stand it here, but I have never lived anwhere else. Utah looked pretty good, but the people are kind of strange. After all these years, I just don't know where else to go.

  • I hear ya man. Home is home. Come on over to Arkansas, we'd love to have you.

  • thats fu*king funny!

  • @criticalzen and wtf does this have to do with a bike

  • @criticalzen

LOL,ive had a ranger sneak up on me in pa for smacking rocks together elswhere.

  • @criticalzen not illegal, ive seen mnay people ont them..... anyways can you use a multiple speed bike???

  • @criticalzen It's perfectly legal in some US states, in fact US laws are more definitive and looser than UK for them

  • @criticalzen they're illegal here in aus too, but meh.

  • @criticalzen its not illegal to have in the usa

i live in california and this teenager rides it to high schooll everyday its like a motor scooter and thier not illegal either

  • @jmoralesGTA I live in cali too do you need a license for it?

  • @Retrobowler all my friends ride one and so do i we dont have licenses but come crying to me if u get a ticket in your city my city allows us to ride them so u should check with the police department first YOUR WELCOME!!!!!

  • @criticalzen

This is not illegal in the U.S... only a few places in the U.S but people still do it any way!!!! I ride mine all over the place and i have three cops in my subdivision and they can't say a word!!!

  • @criticalzen actually it is legal in the U.S.

  • @criticalzen Why is it forbidden? And sure that it's forbidden in the whole US?

  • @criticalzen its leggal in the US

  • @criticalzen

ACTUALLY........ Beacause it has two rear sprockets ( One for pedaling and the other for the motor driven chain ), it is considered a pedal assisted bicycle. Legal in all 50 states by federal law. You should go ahead and convert your bike with no worries.

  • @criticalzen its not illegal in the US, you just tell the police you have a 48cc motor (street legal) know where does it say the size on the motor!

  • @thechoiceisyours1 right on the motor lol..

  • @criticalzen why not just peddle the bike?

  • not illegal in most states check local and state laws in your area

its an assisted bike cause it still has working pedals.

  • @criticalzen actually it's not legal in the US, its legal here in pennsyvlania

  • @criticalzen they are legal in the US because they are considered petal-assisted vehicals

  • @criticalzen Its not illegal in the US, but laws very greatly by state and are usually worded so badly as to be a bunch of gobbty gook. In my state, for example, you need a driver's license for it, but no tag or insurance or registration. Also, most states qualify engines to fall in this category as having to be below 50cc's, and this is a 66cc engine, so debadge it of any markings and say its a 49cc ;-) The less populated your state is, the more lax the laws are.

  • @criticalzen No, not illegal in the US, just CA. This engine was specifically designed to be legal in The United States. CA just has a lotta Nazi laws.

  • @criticalzen i have noticed generally with motor bikes or mopeds the police usually do not care. true, sometimes you will get a cop who uses his authority to bully, who will try impound it or slap you with a bunch of tickets, but when I had a motorized bike I just started pedaling when a cop went by. If they do not catch you using the motor they cannot do anything!

  • @criticalzen in some states it is legal to drive as long as its under 85cc ... and still has pedals...

  • @criticalzen not illegal. you just need a motorcycle license M1/M2 and wear a DOT helmet. it's pretty much considered as a moped.

  • @criticalzen i live in huntington beach, ca and i'm making my beach cruiser into an 80 cc moped

    the laws are ridiculous!

ive decided that im going to go for it and chance a ticket, i have talked to other people with them and they said they've never been pulled over

but the laws are crazy! (registering bike, m1 motorcycle liscence, lights, horn, two brakes, DOT approved helmet, turn signals)

EVERYTHING FUN IN CALIFORNIA IS ILLEGAL!!!
