an old timer , who was never well known outside of the actual bodybuilding weight lifting community his name was John McWilliams a lifting champ and natural bodybuilder that surpassed anybody from the golden era in that he was 100 drug free in 1948 he was sporting 20 inch guns at 190 pounds had he had been of the drug era nobody would have been able to touch him. an open challenge was out there 1000 dollars to anybody that could measure his arms at anything less then 19 1/2 inches cold..
larry scott had by far the best arms, the arnold, at least his right arm, his left had had a much different look but he always hid that with his posing, then serfio oliva, god he was massive, dont care for any of the others.
i must say its a very wise choice to include sergio oliva......wow...i mean wer talking about arms but damn would u just look at that perfect v shape while doing double bis......and that weist under all that mass...amazing.
LARRY SCOTT and SERGIO OLIVA are truly magnificent athletes -- i have not seen photos of them for a while -- they are definitely the two greatest of the MR. OLYMPIAs and in my list of favourites I include the austrian oak arnold who got the fame and fortune in his film career when Sergio perhaps could not break the Hispanic accent barrier in films or when Larry Scott's short stature prevented this adonis from a successful Hollywood career
The best Arms in the Video belongs in my opinion to the Cuban - Sergio Oliva. Rick Wayne and Shawn Ray definitely belong on your second Video. - Thanks.
@RAKANKAN@RAKANKAN Sergio had a great body, he was the best at his time, but i disagree with you about sergio having a good looking arm, because he has what you can call a rugby ball biceps i.e flat biceps, his biceps don't have the peak as arnold's and ronnie coleman. This has nothing to do with training, it's completely genetics. Some A class bodybuilders had the same problem as well, take for an example Kevin levrone, he had very good looking arms especially his triceps but flat biceps.
Thanks for some great shots. I agree w/most of the picks people have made & glad to post a comment among winners. I'm sure you'd agree Boyer Coe belongs here & if not would like to know why ?
Arnie and Larry the best !
