First is Hush who has copied Bruce Waynes face. Scarecrow who is notably absent but has a secret boat where he has experimented on people. (And who has Titan gas.) Killer croc who also have Titan. Harley who is pregnant with Jokers baby and now this. It seems like the next game is getting more darker then this game.

Remember, Ratcatcher, Maxie Zeus, Killer Moth, and any Batman's villains had spot easter egg in Arkham Asylum & Arkham City and wasn't seen yet. Who know what happen like Clayface was real final boss for example. I suggest go read Firefly's easter egg from Arkham Asylum, there is mention about he can burn entire city or world.

@ShiniChameleon I know scarecrow uses drugs, but maybe 'gotham will burn' is a metaphor, i know theres loads of easte eggs for killer moth, ratcatcher and the rest but so many hints point at scarecrow, from his mask, the boat with beetles in it, to the inmates dressing like scarecrow and messeges on the crypto-thingy (technical term btw :P) but ive heard in so many movis "watch the world burn" and it dosnt always mean in fire. I think its to obvious to be killermoth ect, but i could be wrong.

@iamaniamsdog210 You can revisit these locations after the main story. Sometimes, he will not show. Just glide around to different sections of Arkham City and go back until he does. Also, when main story is finished, these locations do have to be done in order.

@frybergh Unfortunately, I do not know how he is able to track Batman. I collect graphic novels, but I haven't read about Azrael yet. I know the first Azrael (Jean-Paul Valley) appears if "Knight Fall". Are you aware that Bane broke Batman's back in the comics? Well, the 1st Arzrael is the one who took his place while he rehabilitated. I only know of Michael Lane because once you finish the side quest his bio is revealed, and I looked him up. Looks like "Knight Fall" is my next read.

@sp00kychin Well, I know he let's Azrael become Batman because he doesn't want Dick or Tim fighting villains like Joker or Bane. But something about the initiation into the Order of St. Dumass makes its followers go insane. I think they have a computer chip inserted in their brains. I am not sure of this. Anyways, Azrael goes crazy and starts killing people. Of course, Bruce finds out. They fight in the Batcave, and Bruce becomes Batman, again.

I don't read much comics but read through his series, and while he had 'violent mental issues' he was also a really deep, compelling character; a genuinely good guy trying to overcome his inner demons, which he did! Then he was seemingly killed (still vague; the body was never found) and DC tried to replace him with Michael Lane - an even more crazed psychopath but little to none of JPV's depth or likability. The guy we see here...

His character was really fleshed out there, especially during No Man's Land where he often teamed-up with Batgirl (Cassandra Cain). Imho those two had the best chemistry together!

I think I know who Azrael is... feel free to say I'm wrong, but I think Azrael is Bruce in the future. Think about it. Voiced by the same person, saying gotham will be in flames and knowing Bruce will be at the center of it, and Azrael knows exactly where Batman is, following him from all over Arkham City. He can catch Batman's batarangs because he knows the style Bruce throws them in, and how to catch them. Once again, this is a theory, and feel free to prove me wrong.
