  • so what should i do if i have shorter hair. like halfway shoulder length hair.

  • Love ur gym hairstyles! Check out some of my workout tips! I subbed also! ;-)

  • I just don't get why it matters....either way, your hair will sweat, scarf or no scarf, depending on how hard you work out.. just go home and co wash it.. and then you're good to go. I have never had an issue with hair coming out from working out

  • THNX I ALMOST BOUGHT THAT MESH THING!

  • I just happened to come across your youtube page and thought I would drop a line.

  • this was great! I have long hair and I sweat alot when I workout, these were awesome tips

  • Thank you...I work out almost every day, and I've already had my hair break off due to using cotton ponytail holders and head bands...so this was good to know. Is using hair clips ok instead of bobby pins?

  • hi

  • My hair just broke off badly using cloth ponytail wraps during workout. So this has been very informative. I didn't know about not using cloth wraps.

  • Thank you. I need to know this since I just had to have my relaxed hair cut because it broke off because I work out frequently and I was using cotton scuinci's to secure my bun.

  • why dont u just shave off ur hair so that u dont have these problems... these tips are so wierd

  • thanks so much! also, one question, should i put oil on my scalp before working out because my scalp sweats a lot, even after 5 minutes on the treadmil

  • @sheyajabouinandover it is normal and healthy to sweat, u dont have to do anything to it

  • Have you ever used rollers in her hair?

  • What's the diff btwn leaving the ends of your hair out in a bobby pin secured pony, and wearing your hair down to rub against ur shirt? Either way sounds like damage b/c the ends are exposed.

  • umm i thought you were supposed to use cotton so it can soak up the sweat

  • this was awesome and very informative. thanks for sharing this info. i'm gonna try the bun out in like 20 minutes when i go to do my workout :D

  • BGood info...just make sure you dont use elastic with metal

  • thanks girl, this video is very informative. i will be using these tips.

  • what if your hair short, too short to put in a bun but long enough to fall on your neck?

  • This was so helpful. Thank you very much.

  • I always wrap my hair in a scarf. When I am done, my hair is so wet that I have to blow-dry my hair. My hairstyle is ruined and I could not figure out why. I will definitely try the bun. Thanks!

  • this video really helped

  • I really learned a lot about this, the headband and actually putting the hair up during workouts was beneficial to me. Thx
