Thanks, Ricky!! And thanks for starting the "Be Proud" video. I know I've already had several views as a direct result, and the more people who are aware of these wonderful dogs, the better. There are always more that need homes.
They are very photogenic pups! There's a link in the video info box [click "(More info)"] to our local greyhound adoption group, and they have a a lot more photos of many, many greys!
Thanks for the Barks! I just taught Jack to speak on command in the past year. He's usually a pretty quiet dog. The 1st time I ever heard him bark - and bark repeatedly - he had encountered a turtle. I think he was mocking him.
Thanks! In a breed of wonderful dogs, all 4 are exceptional pups. Troll passed away in 2006, Swede lives across the alley from me & Jack, and I'm told Stevie is happily sharing a yard with a Corgie buddy, and no longer mistakes any non-greyhound for a bunny.
I love this video! We're currently looking into adopting a retired grey who will peacefully coexist with 2 very spoiled cats! Did you foster first or dive right in?
Thanks, JD. Nero PhotoShow software that I used basically lets you to select a series of JPGs, put 'em in order, then choose effects, transitions & time of display for each. You can also add text (dog's names) & chose from a handful of Opening Credit version. Not much to it & kind of limited, but it's a start.
I used to consider myself a 'Cat Person" until I met a greyhound. I'm hooked. I've been sorting photos for a Scenic Landscape vid and I've found a few more greyhound snaps - maybe enough for another hound show, if the cat gets some screen-time.
1st cut I set Transitions/Effects to "Random", then did a little selective editing. 2nd pass I actually tried to do some composition. Pan & zoom's still a crap-shoot, tho'. In my mind I should be able to mouse out a custom pattern. Do I ask too much? ;D
Y'know there's an open verse & chorus in there. All musical 'Tubers can play along on New year's Eve and let loose on that 4th pass. Knock yerself out.
Speaking of Musical Tubers, have you checked out "heita3"?
No, I haven't been to the "heita3" Channel. I'll have to take a look when I get the time. I've been busy making and uploading a new video, Nat Cole's "Unforgettable," and working on a new music composition for another video.
Thanks! I really have to give Diana a lot of credit for actually doing something with my YouTube Channel. If she hadn't danced to "Subcontinental Drift", then YouTubers would only have about 4759 greyhound videos to watch.
Thanks, Diana! I got a $30 Circuit City gift card for Xmas: it's either going towards an external hard-drive or a cheap digital camera. Decisions, decisions....
Awww, this is so sweet, bless your kind heart, theyre all cuties ;D

Jack's my baby. Troll, the 1st grey I met (charmed me for the whole breed). Swede & Stevie were 6-wk fosters.
Did you notice the change from pine tree to apple tree in full bloom? Different yard, but squirrels in both.
