Wow had the same problem and get this i got the replacement and the sound was a vibrating sound so they fixed it pretty crazy thought i was crazy bout the buttons

me to! first the outside went black, then the ok butotn broke ( i always kept the case on) then the 7,8,9 buttons on the outside broke then the speakers broke , they let me get a voyager insted.

i got my 5th env2 last month. every one of them had something wrong with the FRONT of it. the inside was perfect, while the outside was messed up. 4 of them was the OK button not wourking, and one was the outside not working completely. when i got the 5th phone, the manager told me that if anything happened again he would let me get a completely different phone...so today, i go to unlock my phone from the outside and the OK BUTTON DOESNT WORK. this is rediculous! 6 in a row? anyone else?

wow...i thought i was the only one with problems. My OK button doesnt work, the 4-5-6/7-8-9/OR *-o-# keys, the phones right speaker doesnt work, and today...the thing bricked for NO REASON. the screens are just white. i didnt beat on it either..i was careful to not break it. im glad i have the 5$ a month insurance and i hope they can help me when i go to the verizon store tomorrow.
