I'd like to see your full week workout rotation! I see you wear a belt during your workouts....just curious as to why? I have a belt but havent used it because I read good and bad things,but really would like your take... great videos by the way!
@cfcjt93 Not at all, I'm saying you are more than likely over working it with that much time. It's the size of a golf ball, baseball at best. Train it in a shorter period especially since it's used during every other workout throught the week.
A video of you showing a full workout of each muscle group(s) and you giving us some tips and insight into what works and what doesn't work. As you said it yourself, Intensity rules!

Big J, I notice your doing higher reps on isolation workouts for your shoulders. Is higher reps on those workouts sufficient to induce hypertrophy? I dont get much of a burn because I choose a weight to reach failure on my 12th rep on the first set. Should I increase the reps for isolation exercises? thanks brother.
@shurdawg I've always felt better with the smaller muscles getting smaller weights and higher reps. I will on occasion do heavy laterals but I'm weary of the rotator cuff and injuring my old war wounds. But try it out and let me know what you think brother.

All of the mentioned are really good topics; frankly, I'd like to see them all, and the order is not that important imo. :-) But if I had to chose the one that should go 1st, my pick would be the complete routine. Also, don't forget to comment on your strength gains, you promised, hehe! And yeah, cool video, but that's like business as usual by now! :-)
lol VADD. Man, I wish I had gym like yours around seattle. A PT at 24 hour today asked me to either set the weights down quietly or use lighter weight after my heavy set of deads! So dumb.
