  • does somebody could make this jerk quiet, who he thinks he is? A star? a theologian? A politician? God damn this ugly guy....

  • @toshiamata Who the fuck do muslims calling for the murder of this author think they are? Probably the most immoral and barbaric and hateful and unsophisticated and brainwashed and illiteral group of people the world has ever seen.

  • @olavm91 - So be prepared for the war of the 21 century, the earth belogns to God not to humanists, democrats, writers or satanic novelist like this dog of Rushdie, he will burn in helle forever. Islam is the best religion who brings peace and harmony in the society, .. Allah ou Akbar!!!!

  • @toshiamata Stop being so angry. We don't really believe in war but in peace and love. And if there is a God you should be aware that islam is a blasphemous religion. Muslims believe that every single word in the quran are received from the heavens. In that case, if you detect one single error or contradiction in the quran, islam must be a false religion. So you should go search: "scientific errors quran wikiislam" and see the truth. Religious beliefs are correlated with lack of education.

  • @olavm91 - Total non sense, there is no contradiction in the holy qoran, you should start to learn about the science of abrogation in order to understand God's words. The qoran contains a multitudes of miracles (talking about big bang, black holes, expansion of the universe) Nobody can't deny this. If you want peace, you better stop offendong our beliefs and our religion, otherwise it will be not possible. Stop defending Salman Rushdie please, this guy has insulted even white people in the SV..

  • @toshiamata I've not read the SV and I don't care to read it either. If you feel offended by criticism of religion, you don't care about truth. People embracing critical thinking will eventually reveal falsehood and discover truth. Where people initiate public debate about these things, irreligiousity increases. I've actually read the Quran and there are alot of mistakes and contradictions in it. But I guess you are too dogmatic and brainwashed to be open minded about those questions.

  • @olavm91 - So how could you talk about something you know nothing about? We are not dealing with criticism which is something i totally accept, we are dealing with vilifivation and slandering. You said that I'm brainwadhed ans without open mind, in fact I told you about abrogation in the coran, so it's an important thing to understand that some verses get abrogate by another section. So you'll find no contradiction in the qoran, on the contrary the bible is filled with mistakes and contradiction

  • @toshiamata Well, if that's the case with SV I don't really like it either. And both the bible and koran is filled with contradictions and mistakes. these are man made products and approaches. if there is a God we find his truth and meaning in the nature through science and reason. if we don't, we risk to follow a false god which is the worse thing people can do.

  • @olavm91 - All right, if you can say that there is no problem and I really discourage you to read this ibscene book. There is no mistake or contradiction in the qoran and I ask you to show me just one contradiction or mistake if you can. You're talikng about science, so how could you explain that black holes, big bang and expansion of the universe is mentioned in the qoran. I hope you'll find the way someday..

  • @toshiamata Yes there are contradictions in the Quran. Talking about abrogation (which is not a 'science') and comparing the Bible as a means to excuse the contradictions is simply tu quoque. Abrogation was introduced by Muhammad precisely because the faithful at the time noticed the contradictions. It was his way of explaining them away. Nothing you mention (black holes etc..) is in the Quran. To get that from the verses held up as examples is stupidity in the extreme.

  • @toshiamata As for mistakes - man is NOT made of dust and water, the sun and moon do NOT have separate orbits and there are no different 'levels of heaven'. Because all of these assertions were made at the time of Ptolemy's field of understanding, that's where Muslims have stayed whereas the rest of the world has moved on to Copernicus and beyond. Back to abrogation, you are right - certain verses abrogated the others. It's just a pity that the violent ones abrogate the peaceful ones.

  • no protests...why?

  • oh I see. God is compassionate because he allows me the freedom to live and reject him with patience, even though I reject the idea of every other god/ddess ever invented -it must be this one God who is real and is offended by me and my thoughts. He could kill me for my blasphemy but he's waiting for the right time (I see more people killing people than I do gods killing people), and for this I should be praising him for his compassion. Life has been a strange affair on this rock.

  • christians usually don't get any form of logic anyway so no point in trying to explain.

  • @DannyCoady Usually. Muslims NEVER DO. Sorry, am I being too "Islamophobic" for you? LOL!!

  • Islam is rotten to the core

  • what a generous thing for ms manji to say at the end.

  • Irshad Manji's work is a total joke. Ali Sina, M.A. Khan, Wafa Sultan, Salman Rushdie are apostates who have real courage to speak the whole truth about Islam. Irshad is no doubt brave, but she is afraid to face the truth that it can never be reformed. What a joke. Muslims don't care what she has to say. She's as good as an apostate to them because she's a lesbian. The only people who listen to her are ignorant leftists. I'm sorry, but her ideals are a joke and she's on a road to nowhere.

  • God said I will send them against each other cause they want to kill you watch Indonesia and china kill each other or any others that wants to kill America or Israel I'm not talking about Jews

  • Ishdra Minji really gets around.

  • @nutrii Proof well i guess i have no proof because they are very secretive persons however in private scools there more open not worring about what those teachers thought not all of course i have no proof but i also am confused of which do u want me to proove that god said thier book is bitter thats in revelation 12:17 i said a lot u posted twice but said nothing but prove it not like i took pictures of the girls and i dont mean all just the restricting parents that dont let girls set with b

  • @mischellewright69 LOL, where is your proof for these accusations, where?????

  • My description of a whore is a prophet and his women chasing after gods many in fact thats a true whore and thats what your prophet did. He took away all the Gods of kaba except one the black stone and named him the only God allah and LLAHS THREE DAUGHTER MENAT ALIAT AND SAFA AND ALL ARE PRAISED OH BUT DONT FORGET ALLAH SAY HE IS CHRIST. IN CHAPTER OF MARY THOSE LETTERS U DONT KNOW WHAT THEY MEAN THATS WHAT THEY MEAN CHRIST IS GOD BUT I ONLY BELIEVE HES THE CHOSEN SON CHASING AFTER GODS YOU DO

  • @mischellewright69 YOU. DONT. MAKE. SENSE sorry i would reply but only to coherent sentences. There is only One God the ALmighty so please correct yourself on that note. the rest is b.s

  • OMG Salman is Nazi-phobic. I like Salman-but speaking the truths to muslims usually isn't good for your life expectancy......i

  • 3:19 NO SHIT. The Islamic world needs to pull its collective head out of its ass and join the 21st century. "Religious law", burkas, honor killings, stonings, beheadings, whippings, sh*t like September 11th. Get out of the dark ages and join the rest of us IN PEACE!

  • who are those losers?

  • Existance of atheists is a "proof Positive" for existance of God! I bet she failed Logic 101 course.

  • too bad people like finkelstein and chomsky, or just left wing fools in general don't listen more to what people like Rushdie has to say. They of course ignore scornfully Salman's views because they are "civilized" while Rushdie's kind are indigenous. behind chomsky pretty words lies a man who care nothing of humanitarism if cared he would tackle subject like the darfur genocide, stonning of women in iran, killing women for shaming the family in muslim sociaty ect. and not whats popular.

  • @zafff13 when you think about... i mean from your statement alone, i would say that you are smarter than chomsky. if a men with that wisdom, intelligent and age dont "care", apperently he is not bothered by that really, than you have stronger humanistic senses than he.

i stress that, because chomsky is educated and old enough, thats my point. not a liberal that believes the allherasay. i was once one of these "islam is like any other religion"..i had simply no freaking idea whats going on

  • Salmon Rushdie is fantastic. When everyone was cowering the middle east, or being blindly politically correct in the west, Rushdie was standing up and speaking about this horrendous ideology. I wish there were millions more people just like him speaking out about irrationality and insisting on honesty.

    Good for you you salman!

  • I detest this guy for writing that bad book and this hypocrite for acting like shes a muslim when she clearly isnt fucking whore

  • @nutrii well keep wallowing in your ignorance then

  • @nutrii and this why we hate you backwards fuckin apes!

  • Comment removed

  • @WORLDARYANREVIVAL "backward fuckin apes!" Your a pathetic excuse of a human, a brainwashed petty human with no understanding of right or wrong. I am more articulate than you could ever hope to be, I have more values and morals than you could muster up in your litte brain. I don't enjoy reading insults but yours made me laugh.

  • @nutrii You haven't read Salman's book, have you? No really, I've never met a Muslim who actually read The Satanic Verses, and who understood that Rushdie's purpose was literary, who thought it was even blasphemous. And I've known a few of you. He's not trying to represent Muhammad etc. as they were.

His treatment of Ayesha in particular is exquisite, and deeply respectful considering what he is trying to do in the book.

I'm not in WORLDARYANREVIVIAL's head-space at all, I can assure you.

  • @nutrii what kind of 'values and morals" tells you to call a woman who thinks differently than you,and speaks her mind,a whore?Seems like your" values" are cowardice and intolerance.

  • @mrbriscoe2001 Take the backward cowardice and intolerance and stuff it where the sun don't shine. Also learn how to spell.

  • @nutrii you're just an idiot and a computer "Warrior". Go join the Taliban. You can beat up all the women you want.,hero.........

  • @mrbriscoe2001 I AM a woman, you don't know anything about this guy or the hypocrite who is interviewing him. Internet is for voicing opinions and that is what I am doing, please talking about internet warrior...........

  • @nutrii so,fellow woman:What makes the woman in the video a "whore?"

  • @mrbriscoe2001 it is what it is, she certainly is no muslim, because islam prohibits homosexuals yet she claims to be one and be muslim, and she is happily sitting next to someone who claims the quran (our sacred book) is from the devil. SO the conclusion is she is a hypocrite and a whore.

  • @nutrii You have the right to express your opinion;so does she;Your definition of whore is wrong. So",it is what it is";,factually..you're stupid.see how profoundly depressing these comment threads become once civility is gone?Maybe you should try some...

  • @mrbriscoe2001 your definition of whore might be different, maybe your own culture has desensitized you to the point where everything for you is acceptable. I'm speaking from a muslims point of view and most muslims would agree. I'm not going to steer clear of the point i have made before. If yoiu had a religion and your holy book was called "the satanic verses" Im sure you would have something to say, this man is no civil human being he is only putting on a facade.....

  • @nutrii

You detest a guy for writing a book? Isn't that silly?

  • She is a complete foolish idiot. Rushdie should of slapped her, since that is the way you deal with Muslim women according to the qouran.

  • Dang, this guy is smart

  • The Taliban may be killing everyday Muslims... but the Taliban was funded by the USA to beat back the USSR... and Rushdie knows this.

  • and your point, sire, is?

  • So...The Taliban are hired killers?...I see...

  • And how is Salman responsible for that in any way? Just because he is a pro-Western secularist doesn't mean he endorses American Cold War containment policy.

  • So than that makes Talibans actions justified, right?

Lets blame America and Israel for everything, and not put the responsibility on the actual leaders, lol.

  • besmb2105

I made no such claim that it justifies anything. You simply fabricated something to argue against. I mentioned nothing about Israel - another fabrication. I didn't even suggest blaming anyone.

The 'responsibility,' as you say, lies as much on the leaders as on the ones who are 'responsible' for creating the Taliban. That would be America. The truth is neither pro nor anti anything.

No 'blame,' no 'Israel,' no 'justifications'.

Maybe you were responding to another message?

  • I am just saying that even though America

and Israel are of course, responsible for many bad actions, I just dont think its right to not blame Saddam, anyway. It doesnt make him or Taliban or any other dictators or islamists in that region less responsible. I am aware of the wests(both right and lefts) relations to these people, and I think it is a problem.Perhaps we should boycot them as people boycots Israel, he he.

  • there all to blame leaders are to blame

  • Ok yes its the United States's fault, there really the bad guys here, for helping the mujahideen freeing there country from the soviets... Come on, its not the United States who oppressed the afghans for decades. The talibans did it, they turned into an oppresive force, they did this by themselves

  • The Taliban couldn't have oppressed if we hadn't put them into power. The same goes for Saddam Hussein. No need to 'blame America first,' but there's also no need to assume America is always without fault. The US put this oppressive regime into power to fight back the USSR for USA's interest, never mind the fall out once that goal was accomplished. It's honest & okay to admit the US is as imperfect as any other country.

  • So we should have just let the soviets keep slaugtering afghans, reach the persian gulf and cut off oil supplies of the western world? But yes I know the USA is far from perfect, take Iran for example. Or south America. I'm not even american anyway, still I don't think the usa is to blame for afganistan. Islamism and the soviets are.

  • @TheProgressistViewer More like ignorance and greed.

  • @proteanview As long as there are dictators and rabid Islam, political strategy will not be about right or wrong, it will be about power.

  • @proteanview Very well then. If we are to blame for putting these evil crackpots into power, then we bear the sole responsibility for correcting that ugly mistake. If evil is committed and we are to blame, even partly, then redress needs to be done. Most of those who make the claims you just made do not have the courage to go to the next intellectual step however, preferring to merely snipe at the audacity to use the term 'evil'. I hope that doesn't seem as though I'm claiming YOU believe that.

  • i would take those last lines she uttered as an insult...

  • proof positive of a god? what a ridiculous statement

  • @bowezo No lie. You have to love the utterly retarded train of logic which led to a statement like that. Gee, your God cares so much about me that he's allowing me to disbelieve him. That's nice... thanks for completely disregarding and disrespecting my beliefs in earned intelligence and personal morality, instead throwing the kudos to a creepy, benevolent and omniscient dictatorship.

  • @bowezo maybe the millions of child brides in yemen are proof negative of the non existence of god..

  • Muslims must kill non-believers wherever they are unless they convert to Islam. - Ali Goma (grand mufti of Egypt, the highest Muslim religious authority in the world, source: Al Ahram, April 7, 2008)

  • So... because there are atheists like Salman Rushdie, that proves not only a god... but a compassionate god?

I don't really follow the reasoning.

  • God must always win in the mind of a theist.

  • @Domidoolalala i guess it was suppose to be a joke.

  • @Domidoolalala Maybe she was going for the compassionate aspect, not the existence of God aspect.

  • @Domidoolalala

Totally right, she accuses him of being patronizing, now who is patronizing who?

  • @Domidoolalala because God is good.

  • @Domidoolalala There is no reasoning behind that vapid statement. It just makes her feel good to say it. That's most of religion for you.

  • Irshad, you are a retard. Kindly GO FUCK YOURSELF, you SANCTIMONIOUS CUNT !!!!

  • so true
