  • I'm trying to remove the floppy power connector from the cable because I don't use it and it just gets in the way. I don't know why there's a floppy connector on a 1200W PSU when floppy drives are obsolete.

  • Does this work for the 4 pin connector also?

  • Thanks Good Video!

  • 2 screw drivers will do the trick

  • The same tool kit but unbranded is available on eBay for £8 from a seller called cheesefeat. Its made by the same company who make the sunbeam tools.

I have it & its a great tool kit for sleeving.

  • I cant post the lnk but search for seller cheesefeat & search his shop for PC Modders Kit.

Its really worth the money & he is a great seller.

  • Check the video response to see the proper tool to easily remove a molex connectors pins I did it the harder way.

  • At first I thought this was how to plug in a Molex connector.

    You need better labeling Rick!

I was about to call you insane for making a guide to plugging in molex connectors!

  • make a vid on how to change from male to female connector

    call it fan sex change

  • i bought that psu mod kit too, but you use to wrong tool for that four pin molex, your suppose to use the round tube like tool, it go over the pins and you just pull them out, instead of pushing those pin in one at a time

  • Ya I was using wrong one but it worked a heck of a lot better then other tube like one.

  • nice vid.

IMO the 4 pin molex are probably the frustrating ones to do. there a pain in the ass.
