  • Dont believe hydrogen works? Watch my video.

  • the great invention of the 21st century hydrogen become the fuel of future. Now they can control the power of hydrogen and oxigen and control the flow of plasma.

  • HHO generators are easy enough to build, yet they can be purchased on ebay. If everyone waited on big industry to develop the new technologies that the back yard inventors are developing with existing technology our great grandchildren will be in their 90's before any of it would ever be used. To a degree we are in charge of our own destiny. So for those waiting for everyone else to share their spoils don't hold your breath. Map your own path, anything is possible

  • Are you guys HHO fans? Is Hydrogen the fuel of the future or is it an on board electric generator?

  • Appropriate music from "The Sting". Hydrogen is a scheme by the oil companies to sell us on another profitable fuel. The oil companies have the cheapest source, and are supporting members of most hydrogen promotional groups.

  • "Energy can not be created or destroyed. It could only be transformed from one form to another" It seems like a lot of people do not understand this principle of physics. Water(H2O) has a lot of potential energy in it. You can not use it directly as fuel because the 2 hydrogen atoms are tightly bonded to the oxygen atom and that makes the water molecule very stable. Through the process of electrolysis you can separate the 2 atoms of hydrogen from the one atom of oxygen and use hydrogen as fuel.

  • First of all, water isnt even H2O. Second, "energy can not be crated nor destroyed" is balognie.

  • @heartlessvietboy

crated? balognie? Did you finish primary school?

  • You can't make errors while typing? Do you always see perfect typing on youtube? I didn't know this is english literature class.

  • One thing people don't seem to understand is that hydrogen is not found on earth in it's free form, at least not in any commercial quantity. Therefor, hydrogen is not a power source, it is more like a battery and an inefficient one at that. Now, if we could develop cheap space travel, we could go to titan and get all kinds of hydrocarbons and if it weren't for Jupiter's immense gravity, we could get all the hydrogen we ever could possibly need. I guess we will have to settle for algae.

  • I can't finish watching this!

  • wreck our fuel economy?!? DESTROY IT!!

  • To costly? Everything in its infancy is costly. Oh thats right, your not old enough to realize that, like when the first VCR or DVD came out. The first CD player was $10,000. Prices come down.

Hydrogen is no more dangerous that gasoline in its stored form. Pierce a gasoline tank, pierce a hydrogen tank. The only difference is if lit, is the clear flame of hydrogen.

  • Wrong, the Hindenburg Disaster was from the coating on the outside of the blimp being flammable with the same ingredients of a thermite reaction. Look that up. Hydrogen didnt make the fire worse. If you filled the blimp with gasoline fumes, it would burn just as fast. Infrastructure downfalls can be modified and retro-fitted. They can transport hydrogen just as easily as the currently transport gasoline. It would be hydrogen tankers instead of gasoline tankers. See next comment.....

  • Aren't there different levels of Hydrogen? The stronger and the weaker? Then aren't there different levels of water? The no longer natural and the natural back before the industrial revolution.

  • The song is 'The Sting' - starring Paul Newman. Nice satire. It's the same Philistine pig ignorance that said 'gasoline' would never take off (pun intended). The simple fact is that our children, their children then their children's children will NOT be driving H powered cars. Why? Because there's too much OIL still left in the ground. And lots more yet to be found/exploited. While that's the case, there will be NO decent research aimed at finding an alternative fuel. Period.

  • It is called "The Entertainer" by Scott Joplin.

  • What is the song on start of the video?

  • Bravo! well done. Hydro cars are a bubble dream. Electric Cars are the future! i.e. Tesla roadster, Miles Electric Vehicles XS500 etc..

  • But unless people get over their irrational fear of Nuclear energy we won't have the electricity to power the electric car? How well do you think wind power is going to work? For some areas maybe but not most and surely not all. Solar energy is no where near where it needs to be. So what other options? Besides cars are causing the least of CO2 emissions.

  • Indeed.

I see nothing ACCEPT electric vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Locomotives, etc.) that can truly displace oil in the foreseeable future.

  • thats EXCEPT like "make an exception," not ACCEPT like agree or to procure possession.

But your comment was completely correct otherwise. Hydrogen is a pipe dream. We cant store it or transport with any sort of efficiency.

  • Bullshit!

  • nice research job. learned a little bit. don't know why jhwtech called you ignorant? to me ignorant is were you don't do any research and just listen to news and GM type of groups. I personal filling is electric is the best way. for example hydro cost will be no different then gas so it will strain more of the economy. so people are have a smaller Christmas(struggle to feed the families to) because of fuel type systems.

  • ignorant

  • Normal car put out toxic Co2. Every building code in the US already requires indoor parking to be vented.

Existing infrastructure for distributing NG is suitable for hydrogen without modifications. Depleted NG wells can be regenerated with hydrogen to utilize the EXISTING abandoned infrastructure. See v=_S-A-AQuALg and v=LZEiQ8-vf1Q

Similar cars are available at reasonable cost. See v=_cagcBOLQ74

One star rating for being factually incorrect.

  • Piping that is air tight with Natural Gas can leak like a sive when deliverying Hydrogen.

    Hydrogen is simply *too* light.

I'm not saying you can't deliver hydrogen by pipeline, who just need pipelines that cost MUCH more than existing Natural Gas/Petroleum/etc.

  • According to the US Dept. of Transportation, stele pipe currently used for transportation and distribution of natural gas is sufficient for use with hydrogen at pressures up to 2200 psi. The area concern seems to be embrittlement of the material at higher temperatures.

  • who paid for this deceiving video?...no points if you guess the answer.
