The original Peter Pan book did have a lot of killing. Peter's dagger was bloody almost all the time. Even Michael said that his father was not even as big as the pirate he killed! While here he just flirts around and thinks happy thoughts, lol. I'm not sure which Peter Pan I prefer more

Wow, this video is awesome. :) I'll be one of the first to admit I am not a fan of Lindsay Lohan but the song matched Tink perfectly and she has every right to be jealous of Wendy because she did come first(read "Peter and the Starcatchers, Peter and the Shadow Thieves, and Peter and Secret of Rundoon" to see how their life together started). Totally agree with you, I mean the Tinkerbell movie is alright, but the Tink that they had in the film just does not seem like the one from the Peter Pan film, I mean for one, Tinkerbell did not talk, I mean the new Tink is alright, but I prefer the Tink from Peter Pan, she had attitude! The new one seems too nice. I wish Disney would make a film on how Tinkerbell actually met Peter Pan, I would pay to see that!

But you both have to remember that the first film is when she's first born, so of course she wouldn't start out with a little attitude. She had innocence, and over time she gained the personality we know and love. This IS all before she even meets Peter. Whose to say it didn't take many many years til they met, after all, they never age on Neverland and time moves differently. One thing though, I didn't like the voice they gave her, it sounded TOO nice to match the personality she gains later.

Yeah that makes more sense, but I would LOVE for Disney to make a film on how Tinkerbell actually met Peter Pan, but in this style (the computer animation) not the crappy animation they used for Return to Neverland and all the other crappy Disney sequels, I would totally pay to see that. Yes, Because it is a Disney Book (But it doesn't seem like Disney because there are so many creepy parts) Plus it was written about 100 years after Barrie's original and about 50 years after Disney's Movie. It is a Prequel to the Disney Movie.

I didn't know it was a Disney book. Well, I guess it makes sense that it is different because it uses a different version as their starting point. Still, even after 100 years, you can still read the original novel and get some things 'right' (if there is such a thing in stories). I read a summary of the series and it sounds very dramatic compared to Barrie's light-hearted adventure, where killing is considered rather innocent. Please tell me if I am wrong :)

That was great. The song really does suit Tinkerbell. She's always been my favorite Peter Pan character. And one of my favorite Disney characters. The ending was so cute.
