The thing with this game is that it's different. People expect a Call of Duty style shooter and this isn't it. This is an arcade style shooter, meant to be about racking up combo multipliers based on the amount of kills you get. Bigger kill streak means more points.

The game is actually exhilarating on a higher difficulty. Makes the game run a lot faster.

This is an arcade style game. It's not Fallout or Zelda or Dragon Age. It's intention is not depth but quick bursts of challenge and entertainment. The time limit works in a game like this where as it wouldn't work in one like, say, Dead Rising.

Can't be too good to end so low so quick but at that price who cares; after all, this is SEGA (can't be that bad either). But at Amazon add about $2.50 shipping to the $7 and that mounts itself to about $10. Yes, not much, but there are many people selling other better games for a similar price. One knows what one likes more or less, just read the reviews, check the prices, and see how to use your money the wises.

Either way, I LIKE The Club when I'm bored and have nothing else to do.

It helps to play a game through without listening to ANYONE ELSE. If you hear a game has bad reviews, you're more likely to nitpick through the entire game and not enjoy it. But if you play it without listening to what others say, you might enjoy it first, then acknowledge its flaws afterward. :D

The only reasons I can think of why so many people complain about this game is either they fucking fail at trying to get combos or because it's too fast for them and they prefer to spend ten minutes crouching behind a wall in Gears.

Hearing "getting combos" over and over is pretty hilarious when the reviewer obviously doesn't care about skullshots (the signs) - even from having just played the demo it's obvious that you need to use them.

I do agree with some of the complaints brought up, just wish there wasn't so much repetition of the same info through most of the review. Drop the other shoe!

Overall this is a good example why people shouldn't review games from genres they don't like without putting up heavy disclaimers.

This game is alot of fun. For me at least. The single gets boring once you have beaten it once, but it is so short it doesn't really matter. the online and multiplayer make this game. It is fun on LAN, and amazing on a system link. Like the video i would recommend to anyone bored of conventional shooters.
