Not quite. It would be anata wa neko ga suki desu ka? Or あなたは　ねこが　すき　ですか？ You got one particle wrong- you said "do you cat's like?" A particle can make a big difference. The particle "no" means that the noun before it has possession of something, and just so you know it's better to use names (~san/kun) instead of anata so as not to seem rude.
