Chunin exams isnt Shippuden =) and Sasuke doesnt have Amaterasu, yet. We havent seen much of neji yet in shippuden, so were not sure if he could win or not, but remember, Hyuga clan rivaled the Uchiha clan in power.

Nope, Sharingan just predicts movements, doesnt show anything like the byukugan or anything, anyway, sasuke couldnt use Nejis blind spot even if he did know where it was XD since hes a close range fighter and all.

lol, Rotation is like a giant Rasengan, with a wider radius. Rotation is stronger then chidori, and would easily block it. Neji would kick Sasukes ass. Which eye technique is better is only an opinion. I think that byakugan is better because, you can completly disable someones chakra. Neji is 10x better then sasuke anyway.

Its called easing, you barely move the stick the first frame and then slowly speed it up and then slow it down as you get to the end, ill use this as an example, the | will represent the frame and the - speed. Example : |-|---|-----|---|-| or something like that. :)

Yeah, this video is like a year old, i know what easing is now, im about to put out a samurai pivot, im not that into naruto anymore. For me, the best example was a ball bouncing. Ill make very little videos, but when they do come out ,youll notice a HUGE improvement, hopefully.

1: For that part Sasuke was in the wall, It'd be a good idea to fade in from the doorway, try making a stk thats maybe 30% transparent. (Talking about 0:30)

2: This is more obvious, if you're going to camera glue someone & move the background, get better fast movements for that. (0:40) individual lines, not a bulky fast movement.

what i mean is, your moving your so fast, that its choppy, and looks like a robot moving, so that it looks like theirs a frame missing in between the movements, thus making it look choppy, where as in mine, its moving fast enough so that it looks smooth.

Animating isnt all about effects. You can have a great, smooth animation with little effects, like take Avenyl for instance, he doesnt really use effects, but hes GREAT at pivot.
