No, its not taekwondo or karate or capoeira, although it borrows techniques from these and many other styles. It is informally referred to as "tricking".

Tricking is a theatrical style in that fuses martial arts with gymnastics to create flamboyant movements to induce a wow effect.

Like do they realize they're doing gymnastics with punches? i want a boxer to walk in there and punch them in the face, say something short but entirely insulting to thier gymnastic routine that just makes them rethink thier life

@Samanuell why do they have to rethink their lives? they do what they want to do and what they are good at. not many people can say they can do this stuff and maybe they dont want to punch and kick the hell out of people wots wrong with that?? its like telling an excellent fire-fighter to rethink his/her life and become a doctor. Maybe you should rethink your life and post up a video of the results of this.

@Samanuell Yeah, tricking isn't my thing, but I know plenty of guys who are really into it. I have a lot of respect for them but in a different way than I would for a straight up martial artist.

I enjoy sparring because the unpredictability of it always makes it interesting and fresh. Tricking and forms just seem so choreographed. That being said, I certainly wouldn't mind having the ability to bust out a double back flip into a hook kick at will, lol.
