Was just asking myself the same thing! Should be really one of those 1,2million hit videos.

I can understand why he didn't get a look in when this was shot, but I guess he's more popular now like Roubini and Taleb.

Thing is though, as he explains it so clearly like this, loads of people obviously must have known the real situation in 2005, just everyone played along.
