@drummerbf Are you exclaiming or asking me a question? By the way, my comment was a joke, if you noticed when Ronald hit the splash/trash (0:26) the wing nut flew off. Sorry if I offended any Tama employees!
SMOKIN!!!! Really hard to hear the music with all the cymbals crashing. How did sound on your end was it over powering? I used to over power with my cymbals especially my 8" Ride Cymbal as it would ring so much it sound like a gong...when I notice this I back off by using different gears for better dynamics and to gain more control over my loudness. Keep ROCKIN!!!!
The reason I like this Ron's playing so much, is because of the emotion he puts behind everything he plays, in every clip he has on YouTube. If I wanna hear a perfect drummer, ill
whats that lick at 5:06 ???i see him ,pridgen and a denis chambers do it all the time and cant figure out the sticking. Also is this an actual song from a band or just random shed music
@FarquadDrum RLLRLRRL: Right Hand on cymbal of your choice left hand with accents on 2 and on 2and e. The left hand doubles are played as ghostnotes. And if you speed up that you get to this, btw bassdrum follows mainly the right hand(cymbals)
@jafadrummer seriously, is actually way easier than it sounds...its just eighth notes on ur right hand and in ur left hand its some weird ass hemiola thats too weird to type out, u just have to hear it in ur head. its like the downbeat of 2, the "a" of 2, and the "e" of 3. then the downbeat of 4, the "a" of 4 and the "e" of one...of course those down beats on 2 and 4 are the snare hits and when u do eighths in ur right, u alternate between ur ride and snare :) believe me now??
@Leheno Nah man, he's right. It's not that hard. It might be weird if you've never played anything like it though. If you subscribe to my channel and message me about it, I will post a video playing it and explaining it. :D
he's gained some weight which actually translated into more density and power in his playing. chris coleman has that same density(as well as cobham and chambers). 4:35 to 5:02 in straight mastery.

all he gets is a smattering of an applause?? I seen a lot of ron, but after this? I would have been throwing chairs and hollering if i was there!! lmao
0:30 you would think that while making a kit adjustment and using one hand you would just play something simple for the 2 beats that it takes to throw aside a cymbol, but he decides to play some crazy weird shit instead. Hilarious
I threw my iPod touch at the wall when he did a drumlick that I do but cleaner and 4x as fast!
