hi are your tuning forks made from steel or aluminium? would you recommend the harmonic spectrum set over a chakra set based on mathematical rotation of planets around the sun...would really appreciate your advice :)
@MeloloB the forks I use are aluminum. Having never used the chakra set, I can't say one way or another. I have had success using the harmonic spectrum set, and also the Solfeggio set - I use them together - and I am sure that there are others who have had success with the chakra set. Best to go with what your intuition inclines you towards -
and that change is something like tickle for the brain , releasing two beatutiful neuro-transmitters - dopamin & serotonin making us feel empowered and increasing our self-esteem...
Except "fundamental tone" , there're some physically fundamental laws , which meaning is better to know. The difference in tone sustain, reverberation, looping. It's pointless to explain it without including your influence on the forks , which is mainly and mostly physical reactiotion to the way of holding them .. the concentration of vibrations affects directly the vestibular apparat , the stereo waves are causing light flowing change in the perceptions of the left and right hemisphere..,
@Decooced tuning forks are used both on and around the body. Having done both for 15 years now, I can tell you that using the forks in the field can produce very profound and lasting results. I'm teaching a Level 1 class right now, and everyone can learn to do it, but I do think it takes some hands on instruction to know what to look and listen for.
Hey only took me a year to find another video with you Eileen. Love your videos hope to see more. Especially treating a bad back or sore whatever.. Thx again for postin.
This is the proper understanding of tuning forks required to illustrate to others. A true practitioner calms the recipient. Taking the time to explain properly to learners is key. Thank you for posting, maybe a illustration of the chakra set with each fork next? I like how she is both knowledgeable, exudes positive energy. Thank you very much for posting.
This is the best education on tuning fork use I have seen. I like how you explain what to listen for as a practitioner, what it means, and not just going through the motions.

I thought you let it touch the body for it to work like a inner massage and not do a chekra thing.
can a person how never touched a Tuning Fork learn this easily?
