The argument "I don't want to go to the OR and have my doctor being high" is great for people who cant follow the chain of logic past a single link. Alcohol is legal, but you don't see every surgeon drunk on call...why? Because they'll lose their job! Apply this very simple concept to arguments like "Uhh but we'll have stoned drivers all over the road", "uhh kids will get stoned", if its regulated the same as alcohol, then probably not, or at least no more than alcohol.
