all i have to say is koda and kelly's songs are both different they sing both brilliantly and koda kumi is one of the most influential artists in japan and most paid shes versatile with her music which is great so dont hate koda if you have never listened to her music

Kumi's one is better. In a matter of fact, Kumi's voice is deeper and more attractive. I do think that Kelly's voice is the same than all those American singers, with no surprise. For example, the bridge is totally more powerful in Kumi's song...

I find it interesting how people are comparing Kelly and Kumi, the thing is they're two completely different artists and Kumi's producers told her to sing this song. Kelly is obviously an amazing singer, no doubt, but so is Kumi, in fact, she has much more power in her voice than MANY other Japanese singers and is my favorite singer. The reason Koda's sounds "better" (as some people have said, though kelly's voice is much better and I like her version better) is because its more polished. There is a reason this was a bonus itunes track only for the diehard fans who pre-orderd the deluxe edition of All I Ever Wanted on itunes. This is basically the demo, with Kelly's voice over it. That being said, I still think she does it better, even without a lot of production.

I think they both have really amazing voices and to say that one is better than the other is just ludicrous. They are both extremely talented, and I respect them both as artists.

I like Koda's cover more since I was a former fan of her. This is one of Kelly's best songs in my opinion besides Since You Been Gone. It has attitude.

i think they are using better backing vocals for Kelly's version. Much more harmony. the song is polished differently than Koda's version. I would like to hear Kelly sing this song live tho, has she done that?

omg! this song is amazing! i cant believe i didnt discover this until now! if i had known that itunes was giving this as a bonus track if u preordered, i wouldve done that! oh well, im still getting this song. i recommend to anyone who wants this song but cant get it to get the free youtube to mp3 converter and use it to get this song. thats wat i did!

The reason Koda's sounds "better" (as some people have said, though kelly's voice is much better and I like her version better) is because its more polished. There is a reason this was a bonus itunes track only for the diehard fans who pre-orderd the deluxe edition of All I Ever Wanted on itunes. This is basically the demo, with Kelly's voice over it. That being said, I still think she does it better, even without a lot of production.

I only just found out that Kumi's version was a cover of this song. I can't bring myself to care. XD I love this song, I don't care who sings it. I might buy Kelly's CD now, too.

As much as I hate Kumi... I do prefer her version to this one.
That doesn't mean that Kumi is in any way better than Kelly Clarkson though. Saying that one artist is better than the other is just ridiculous so just stop with these stupid arguments...

@JapaneseShinju Just what I was thinking. Her version is more powerful. This is like pretty pink watered down. Kumi's makes me think of anime characters fighting. You know, when they are using magical swords and you get those huge clashes.
