i actualy find shin bison and shin akuma pretty easy to beat, even on the highest dificulty

they all have a certain pattern they follow and if you can figure out their attack pattern its easy to anticipate what move they will make.

now after watching the vid..the demon could have been totally avoided..u will never connect with that kick lol on shin akuma..but i like how u incorporated it a couple times..but anyway it was a hard fought battle..definitely a nice ending..Ken always beats up ryu in these SF openings but yet ken is always a "sometimer" in these crossup games..for example the travesty of not puting him in MVC3!!!!!!!!! people should die for that lol

i didnt even watch the whole vid yet..but that opening combo with ken just proves ken is GOD!..reminds me when i use to bust shin akuma's ass..at first it was hard as hell..but after a while i would steam roll through this guy..just be patient and strike accordingly..ken is always the pioneer when defeating a hard opponent..then u slowly ease into using other characters to win

This Shin Akuma isn't as hard as the one you fight when you go through arcade mode with Evil Ryu... Turbo 7 with max difficulty and he's a nightmare.

Shin Akuma is so damn strong, but yeah Ken is probably the best choice to fight him, if you use Ryu you get owned because Ryus specials are so slow, Ken can combo faster with his faster specials.

Super Bison isn't harder because if you play defensively you can block his super, Akumas super where he slides cannot be blocked and you need to play aggressive against him and kill him as fast as you can.

Believe it there is a trap you can catch the cpu in while they are backed into a corner. Shoryuken or Tiger Uppercut timing while they are beginning to attack is ideal. I sure hope I can post a video on that soon to show you what I mean.

Shin Akuma barely gives you any chance to attack him -- he has hit priority and moves faster than you. I only try to capitalize on his rare mistakes

Shin Akuma is everything that is right about video games bosses. Too many bosses that are flat-out cheap and prompt you to be cheap in order to win. Shin Akuma wasn't cheap, he was just a straight beast who forced you to become a beast too if you wanted to defeat him. I was the best I ever was at this game when I was trying to beat him.

At least Shin akuma fights like a Professional Black Belt master, not like those character M.Biossion always use heavy moves and Slams, these are meaningless at all, i always play this game who a group of people who usually use - DAN, KEN, RYU, AKUMA, SHIN AKUMA, GUY, SAKURA - these are the perfect charcter well design with Black belts, we usually fight with style. I was supprise when i first saw AKUMA because why he's Black belt - Lastly the way you fight shin akuma is nice too.

This Shin Akuma wasnt incredibly hard. He had a very, VERY predictable pattern. Sure he'll kick your ass a couple of times at first, but once you play him a few times, you'll be able to see right through it all. I agree with the previous statement on Capcom VS SNK2; the Shin akuma there was GODLY... and pretty damn annoying to defeat (not to mention U.Rugal...dualkicking bastard ¬__¬)

Shin Akuma is incredibly intense. His speed, power, and timing is Godly. When I was playing this game a lot I could win with no losses, but that was after a very long time of heavy play. Winning at ALL is something to be proud of, certainly.

OK reading these comments is a real disappointment for me. this has to be shin akuma at his weakest in all appearances. sf2 was harder; rugal-shin was harder; sf4 looks harder; cyber-shin was DEFINETLY harder...I played shin and beat him first try with x-ryu on world tour. that should be impossible on a shin akuma...the only one that might have been worse was alpha 2 shin but i was too young too remember at the time

SHin Akuma is , and I mean is the hardest opponent in SFA3. I have tried about, this in counting: 156 tries to beat him. I have tried Akuma, Ken, Evil Ryu, and Super Cody, and they all failed misereably. YOu did a way better job than I would've done. Nice going:)

Shin Akuma is easily the hardest guy in the game to beat. I mean I remember the first time I fought him I was Evil Ryu, and it took me countless matches to even win 1 ROUND off him. Anybody who can beat him I think is an expert.
