i'm 9 and next year im doing all star gymnastics and im gonna do itr with my best friend she is 9 and is on wich ever level does handsprings and backflips my parents say i will catch up to her but how long will that take or how long does it ussually take to get to that level

i have this friend and she is twelve years old.she has never done any tumbling or gymnastics in her whole life.now she wants to do it.will it still be alright if she started at this age in a beginners class

It's not too late to start taking tumbling or gymnastics at age 12. She'll need to be patient because she'll want to do what others can do that are now 12. With practice and good training she'll move quickly because of her strength and desire.
