WOW! do they really use all those spices? Yummy. So glad I live near Spokane. I don't think it's easy to find true ethnic food, and this must be, after all the cook does not exactly look like she's from around here! A comment to the video maker, you did a wonderful job of making a video with details that is not boring. I was surprised when I looked and saw the length of it- so much detail. thank you, I hope they realize this is a good review for them; did they hire you to do this video?

The more I look at these wonderful spices, the more I want to visit this restaurant and taste her ethnic food. I see that it's in the old Flour Mill in Spokane. I'll write a review on the food later, after I've been there.

nice video, nice pictures, good cook but why is chewing gum while cooking? Doesnt look appetising...not good promotion.
