You don't have to pull another man like an animal. You need to read their rights first. Every man deserves the right to live here peacefully. It is his/her right to get upset as long as he is not hurting any one. If this is how Uganda is going to lead its people to freedom of speech. I believe it is a wrong aproach. Don't start brutalizing the victim before you know why he is behaving in such a manor.

all the people i see in this video have not hard their rights ready to them before being arrested .these are not police officers,these are thugs and this is abuse of power that many of ugandans paid with their lives to bring freedom.
Ugandan Police is ill trained and Museveni thinks he has got protection. We guys from Iraq are far much better than his police and army, because we go by the rules that is either the rules of use of force or the rules of engagement. But those police officers don't even know how to handle a suspect.
